Wow, hey thanks for that bit of info!! Does that indicate what sort of a lawyer she is, cuz if so she might want to hire someone a little more knowledgeable in the lawI personally know her. She is an attorney herself making the big bucks(but has been a fugitive since the murder). Just before her arrest she sold her house in cash for $286,000(No mortgage)
The judge must have denied her indigent claim (due to that 3/17/2021 house sale bc NOW she Is hiring a lawyer or will represent herself like her Co defendant Lisa. Texas magistrates have heard it ALL & don’t take the BS
I'm only asking for your opinion, not insider information- what would the motive be? Was this something sexual that went wrong?I don’t think she is licensed in Texas. NY & Florida Bar for sure(she started practicing 2012/13 in Florida for Real at Bogin Munns where she met Lisa Dykes who was a paralegal & still is) I’m new to this. Everyone who is friends & family are shocked but now we are realizing that she was always a little out there & full of herself.. very adaptable to being Fake... so disappointed. Many of us are realizing that her husbands death was pretty untimely & those who know the back story of their marriage are really suspicious that the (threesome) 3 of them determined to getting her husband out of the picture( but that would be a case for the Staten Island, NY DA(Richmond County)).
Poor 23 yr old beautiful girl had NO chance... they tag teamed her & then ALL ran... plus the Audi car shows up in NYC Dec(2 months later) neither Dykes or Beltran report a nice car like that lost or stolen... fugitives for a reason

No. No one is particularly sure what the relation is between the three, but there has been some speculation that some if not all 3 were "intimately" involved. Hoping that LE or reporters will soon clear this up as the investigation moves further. mooI thought they were related (same name)?
That's the thing about having a lot of cash, it's very difficult for other people (or the court) to prove how much you have. This proclivity to having a lot of cash necessitates a willingness to defend it. Marisella doesn't strike me as the kind of person who might try to make off with a quarter million dollars in cash but under unusual circumstances, people can act unusually. It's not impossible (especially in Texas) that the killing might have been lawful though concealing it certainly was not.If I recall, when you request a court appointed attorney you must fill out a form with all your financial information (how much cash you have, in the bank, cars, houses, and any other potential assets). You then have to go in front of the judge who can question you on those things and then will make a decision if you're considered indignant or not. Again just MOE from a more personal case I followed.
Hmmn, it would seem Marisela knew CB for only a few hours at most? To insinuate she may have found out about some cash in the home and tried to steal it, is IMO a big stretch. Surely it wasn't kept in the refrigerator or anywhere else out in the open where it would be easily accessed? That's the thing about having a lot of cash, it's very difficult for other people (or the court) to prove how much you have. Beltran seems to me like the type who would flaunt cash. There are as many reason to kill someone as there are stars in the sky and only about 1/3 of them are sexual. The motive in this one is murky for sure and law enforcement doesn't seem to be interested in clearing it up for us.Hmmn, it would seem Marisela knew CB for only a few hours at most? I'm having a hard time coming up with anything other than a sexual motive for killing and hiding her body.
