GREAT news, thanks @PommyMommy!!!!
I hope the two in custody are caving in with all the info they’ve got!
Just a matter of time...
I don’t think he’s gonna be in Florida too but that’s just my own instinct telling me at a certain point they separated and he’s bouncing between party friends in other southern states, but who knows maybe he’s headed north given the heat is on!!! Watching over his shoulder now, waiting for the other shoe to drop..

Ahhh, there's the connection. So was only LD living in Texas, not Marano?
The registered address in Florida is a home (Marano's name is not on the title) - Google Maps
Marano's address is listed as PA Detail by Entity Name
Yes reports it had stated that all 3 left their homes in TX and PA so I’m assuming Marano was visiting their home during the time of the murder, then after she ran back to PA, packed up and ditched it all to run to Florida. Sounds like Lisa had the same idea. Hopeful that Lisa has kept in touch with CB and has something to offer to LE!

Either party friends, or ex-jailmates

what is the connection? I cant see a young "hip hop" artist in a relationship w these two older women. he would be more into women like marisela for example.

  • #193
Are we sure one of these women isn't his mother?

MSM and LE have not clarified a thing as to the nature of their relationships, but some sleuthing will get you there! The whole darn thing makes zero sense to me

Looks like she dyed and cut her hair.

Marano looked 'playing poor' in her mugshot and shorter hair compared to her professionally groomed 'lawyer' photos.

It stood out for me that Dykes speaks English and French, while Marano speaks English, French, German and Spanish - her undergrad degree is in French. I wonder if there is a French language connection? Did they specialize in assisting French-speaking immigrants? Haitians, Africans, Quebecois?

*
Most people with the surname Beltran are in Mexico, but the name can be from Italy (first occurence in Bologna), France (Bertrand), Spain & Catalonia & any Spanish-speaking country, and even has a German root connection (Bertram).

I don't know why but I think Beltran looks Dominican. Maybe he resembles some famous baseball player. JMO

I caught a bit of his arm and fingers from IG.
That image on the hardback of his phone is Saint Death? (Santa Muerte; Nuestra Senora de la Santa Muerte = Our Lady of the Holy Death). The figure is a female skeleton in robes.

"... The cult of Santa Muerte first came to widespread popular attention in Mexico in August 1998, when police arrested notorious gangster Daniel Arizmendi López and discovered a shrine to the saint in his home. Widely reported in the press, this discovery inspired the common association between Santa Muerte, violence, and criminality in Mexican popular consciousness. ..."

Lots more on association with criminality, gangs, prison inmates, drug traffickers:
Santa Muerte - Wikipedia

and occasionally even human sacrifices, Matamoros 1980s; Sonora 2012. Also associated with Santeria.

Dykes is on there now, Niner, but it just shows record of the fugitive warrant and no court date. There's also a 2-page complaint but it's not accessible as far as I can tell, darn it. MOO

2021-FW-000080-A-O : IN THE MATTER OF: DYKES, LISA JO

Case Type: Fugitive Warrant Cases (Non Reporting)

Phone records also showed Dykes and Marano traveling south of Dallas, near Hutchins, to a densely wooded area near a concrete plant. When officials searched their residence, they found streaks of brown and red on the carpet, which had been cleaned. An analysis of DNA found on one of the carpets matched Botello's blood, according to the affidavit.

In December, New York State Police searched a black 2014 Audi that had previously been registered to Dykes and Beltran and had been transported to the state. They also found concrete material that matched the type and color that was being used at the concrete plant, where Dykes and Marano are thought to have traveled, the affidavit stated. A hair sample found in the car is being analyzed.

All three suspects have refused to speak with detectives and have "shown a pattern of avoidance and attempted concealment of evidence," according to the police document, and have each left their jobs and moved out of their homes in Texas and Pennsylvania since Botello's disappearance, according to the affidavit.

There are bad people who want to be bad people out there. They are not like us.

He looks Dominican to me as well.

As a side note, the Carribean is probably the worlds largest melting pot.

As a result, a proportionally greater number of Carribean Hispanics have black features than on the mainland. Black features are also pretty common in the Dominican Republic in particular.
