According to local reports, including those from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, KDFW and WFAA, court documents filed this week in Texas allege Nina Marano, 50, and her wife, 58-year-old Lisa Dykes, simultaneously removed their GPS trackers on Christmas Day.

Dykes and Marano are two of the three people arrested in June 2021 by Dallas Police for their alleged involvement in the stabbing death of 23-year-old Marisela Botello-Valadez.

Marano and Dykes were out on house arrest after each posted $500,000 bonds for their release — bonds that officials now allege they have skipped.

Arrested (in West Jordan, UT on 4/1/21) & extradited (4/22/21 to Dallas County), charged (4/22/21) & indicted (6/14/21) with capital murder. $500K bond.

Wondering if they had "fake" passports to get out of the country? But then the LE didn't know they were gone until a few days later. Glad they were caught!

Dyke's lawyer seems to have come to grips with the fact that they fled instead of that cockamamie bs about their batteries dying simultaneously. :rolleyes:

Dykes’ lawyer, Heath Harris, told The Dallas Morning News that their fleeing wasn’t evidence of guilt. He said the women feared Charles Beltran, who was also charged in the death.

“I don’t believe they fled because they felt they were guilty of murder,” Harris said. “I believe they fled because they are concerned for their safety and they didn’t want to have to cooperate against the co-defendant.”

These 2 Animals are the perpetrator/murderers “in concert” They Are NOT afraid of Beltran(incarcerated) He was WRONG to bring an innocent into that satanic environment!!!! Those 2 dingbats are very well acquainted with the LAWS of the LAND! They want to blame him for EVERYTHING!!! Their lawyers probably advised them to run bc they will be found guilty! Can’t wait for them to be reprocessed into Dallas county without BAIL-till trial! In the meantime Cambodia jail has got to be a HOOT for the deserving!!!
