GUILTY TX - Marisol Espinosa, 34, Pleasant Grove, 29 Dec 2015 *Arrest*

  • #141
Based on everything I've read it seems that there were multiple other people in the house the morning she was last seen. If there was an altercation in the home it must have been VERY quiet to not have disturbed all the people in the home. Thus, the third version of the story (him driving her to work) and something happening during that ride makes the most sense to me. I hope they find her soon as well as enough evidence to prove it was him.

Prayers for her family.

On Sunday, Espinosa's family spent six hours searching the area around Lawnview Park and Sycene Rd near White Rock Creek in southeast Dallas.

Her cousin Mindy Trujillo was at the home Saturday night when investigators arrived with a search warrant. "They sat there and told us it's not uncommon for the homicide unit to become involved in high priority type cases," Trujillo says. "I''m not going to lose faith because I believe we are going to find her."

Not much to add except to say that we had a house fire in 2014 and the only people that took things from the house were my husband and myself when we collected any items that were needed to bring and live elsewhere temporarily. The police didn't attend the scene, nor collect anything, ever.

When I map these locations I see a landfill south of where car was found. Anyone familiar with the area? I hope they searched it too.

"Based on the inconsistencies of his stories related to the disappearance of Marisol, his criminal background, and the fact that he has fled and is not cooperating with the Dallas Police Department, leads me to believe that he, Faustino, has something to do with the disappearance of my daughter," Espinosa's mother, Rosemary Espinosa, said in court documents. "He is capable of abducting the children and fleeing the area."

Missing Dallas woman's co-workers hopeful for her return

Toni and Guy hair salon at Northpark is a busy and vibrant place, but it feels different since Marisol Espinosa disappeared two weeks ago Tuesday on her way to work.

“I miss her a lot. I worked next to her for the last two years, like literally next to her,” said Dalinda Hunter. “She held such a presence here.”

http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2016/01/15/tips-in-dallas-missing-mom-case-coming-from-unlikely-source/

Update at link.

Meanwhile, Dallas Private Investigator John Rosa has become an accidental conduit for tips.
“They’re all similar in the sense that they’re contacting me because they’re afraid to do anything else,” says Rosa, CEO of the EJR Agency. Rosa appeared in a CBS11 news story last week about where else Dallas police should be looking for clues. He says after the story aired, his phone started ringing.

Then, an anonymous letter arrived. We will not disclose the letter’s full contents as clearly the writer is afraid—referencing a suspect and knowing “what he and his family are capable of.”
Rosa says he is not surprised at the level of concern. “If the house can burn, maybe their house can burn, too. People are afraid, sure. They care for the mother. They care for the kids, they want to help. But they don’t want to endanger their lives in helping.”

I appears that he has not been located. My fear he is in Mexico and has been since DPD started reporting his "absence" and lack of cooperation.

Family of missing woman holding out hope

Mother_missing_0_730317_ver1.0_640_360.jpg

More than three dozen people turned out to search for woman that's been missing for nearly three weeks now. The family of pleasant grove mother Marisol Espinosa refuses to give up hope.

Family members say the mother of three young children simply vanished after leaving for work the morning of December 29th. Three days after her disappearance family members found her SUV at an apartment complex, three miles from her home.

Dozens of family, friends, co-workers, clients and even strangers came to help search for clues. Volunteers searched the more than 200 acres of woods in Crawford Park in Pleasant Grove, close to where Espinosa went missing.
