What a waste of taxpayer money!
So if he's sentenced to death again, another 20 years of appeals???​

Now this is a stupid man!!! 20 years taught him absolutely nothing. He could have pled himself down and beat that death penalty if he had taken advantage of the second trial opportunity and confessed. Instead he thinks he can fool everyone and beat the system. What a moron! He deserves a big juicy needle in the arm. Esp after shooting a doberman for pawing at the bandages on his ears. I agree. A huge waste of tax money!!! Too bad his appeal process has to start all over again with this second trial. He will probably die of old age on DR even in Texas at this rate!!! We need time limits on DP appeals.
