I think its entirely plausible that MC was not aware of the current fling BC was having, and maybe he found out about it after the VI was in their home. A lot can surface in two weeks.

Agree- very true!

It's also possible that BC led him to think she was sorry and would stop seeing him. Cheaters are also liars.

I conquer! if he had found out and gave her an ultimatum she may have have told the “boyfriend” that they needed to quit seeing each other for awhile until MC believed it was over- this made “boyfriend” mad... who is to say the boyfriend didn’t show up to BC and MC’s home knowing BC was back to work to try and talk things over without MC... maybe it got heated and things went south. But I will always believe the Walmart trip was set up. IMO

I don't know that the other two haven't agreed, only that they haven't been interviewed. Only that one friend of the Chambers has agreed to be interviewed with counsel.

It sounds like friend(s) of both Chambers. MC & BC.

I almost wonder if some of these friends haven’t agreed to be interviewed due to also being friends with the sheriff... they don’t want to get “their hands dirty”

I think this is highly possible. They know things.

I also have always thought the Wal-Mart trip was a set up.

Good point.

Are some of the friends of MC afraid of repercussions from local government/ LE if they come forward? Is this fear holding them back? Sometimes fear stops good & decent people from doing the right thing. Not only fear for self, but family members, jobs, etc.

Really wish someone , anyone would go in there and clean house. Knock down all the cobwebs and expose all the secrets. Who? I have no idea. But, there has to be something a higher office (state??federal?) Can Do?

What about investigative reporters? Where are they? Not just national media faces, but local or nearby reporters to rattle some chains. Follow BC. Ask questions. Pry! For Pete's sake.

May God bless MC' s family and have mercy on them.

Boy, I don't know but I think it is significant since Klein mentioned it
in his statement.

Investigative reporters. You're right.
Where are they? Maybe it's too risky for a reporter to go out and raise heck in such a small town. Same with the Missy Bevers case. Unless, of course,
they come from Dallas. Maybe they don't make enough money to really dig into a case that will take a big chunk of time.

I'd like to know what BC is up to, too. Is she still in town? Still working? Is she still speaking with family members.
How is the town treating her?

If you go by comments on the Hunt County Theft Report FB page, one would think she's being shunned just about everywhere and by everyone.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has a Public Corruption Unit. I’m not where I can get to the number and email right now, but if a person were to Google, they would find it. Might be useful information for the citizens of Hunt County to utilize.

Has anyone checked to see if RC had an alternate cell phone she used before the disappearance of MC?

We can’t bring that one really popular social media stuff up here...

But maybe go back and read some of suzy’s stuff- especially the home being put up for sale and I think it’s safe to say she isn’t speaking to much of the family. JC1 only- that’s my guess as far as the kids!

And that’s doubtful, too.

Maybe soon Suzy or CChambers could come join us and fill us in on the dynamic of the relationships with BC now.

I would love for CChambers to get verified because I think she has some good info. I read a little bit of info on Hunt County Theft Reports about JC2 that was intriguing about his mother’s involvement. I really feel it’s hard for these family members to hold their tongues as I know it would be for me.

I just have to wonder, if you blindside the children over the sell of the house, belongings, death certificates etc, do you really think you will have any one to back you up at the end of the day? To take your side and see your stance on the situation. Can anyone truly believe she is completely innocent?!! Me just rambling...

I may not be the first to suggest this and I don’t mean to insult MC’s character in anyway but maybe he was having an affair. He was a nice looking, well liked man and would’ve had no problem attracting someone who made him feel loved and wanted.
BC’s affairs had to chip away at MC’s self esteem, making him vulnerable. There’s no doubt in my mind MC was a good man, but he was human.

I've wondered about that myself, or if anyone else in that "circle" may have had more than one cell phone. Problem is, looking into those phone records would require probable cause and warrants.

Yes, it would be helpful if CChambers became a VI.

I don't think it takes much for that. When Missy Bevers was murdered, LE had SW for all the last folks to have contact with her. There were 8 I think listed on one warrant, husband, in-laws, boyfriends, their wives. I think for a missing person that should be true too. And tower dump as well.
