Bumps for Papaw
Oh. Why had it been closed?Bumping for papaw the Facebook page is open again.
All I know is the main page was opened to the public a while back, but I don't know if it means it can be linked to or referred to, such as , " Interesting comments there." I still get confused, so would like a mod's answer. I was going to alert my own post, but don't know how to ?which facebook page was closed?
The BPH Facebook was changed to public from private is I think what the point was. That way anyone can see the page, etcAll I know is the main page was opened to the public a while back, but I don't know if it means it can be linked to or referred to, such as , " Interesting comments there." Thank you, sillybilly!!If the BPH FB page is open again to the public, it can be discussed. Just remember that the general comments are not open for discussion, they are considered rumor. You may still use the wonderfully cryptic and mysterious "interesting comment by ABC at 1:23" to direct members to those things which cannot be discussed![]()
I agree. We have not heard if HCSO has discovered the actual crime scene. Or if they have looked. Rancho Rd was near their home on 2101. Their previous place was near Emory in Point. That is Rains Count on the other side of Lake Tawakoni. There was a search there in early Feb. The phone expert said he went across the bridge and stopped for 10-15 minutes. But was unclear how far past the bridge. Their old place is about 10 miles past the bridge. But that was just one expert hired by HCSO. Their information may or may not be right and Klein would get his own expert if he follows his steps for other cases. Just across the bridge is the community of East Tawakoni. For sure I agree that assaulting him and moving his body away from his home right there on the road near his neighbors would be too risky. You would want a location that you can control. If planned with care (allowing a generous benefit of doubt here), the shop/garage would be an acceptable stage for some set-up theater, but not as nice as the actual scene of the crime. If I'm the perpetrator, I'm concerned with the risk of the neighbors seeing or stumbling on to the event - especially given his past career in law enforcement (that risk even greater if indeed this is the same couple that are in-laws, no telling when they might just come on over). That would be enough worry for me to commit the act in a better controlled location.
So maybe, either I'm planning for an earlier window if I know that the neighbors will not be back until 3 pm, or I'm setting a trap at another location such as the previous residence - Rancho Road is it?
I have come to the conclusion he was harmed somewhere else and the garage is staged. There is no way (according to a friend in LE forensic unit) that the dowell could have harmed MC. Therefore, I have decided the garage is not the place "something" took place. The question I have now is 1. Did MC stage it and commit suicide and the body just hasn't been found? or 2. Did someone else plan all of this and do him harm? I am open to both scenarios, but lean toward #2.
Why #2? Because I find no mode of transportation away from the home to commit suicide. How did he get where he needed to go? "Meet me somewhere".....have an accomplice to drive pick up back home after the murder.....stage the scene,,,,,call everyone......
This is just what I have been saying. There is no impact splatter. Nothing but big drops of blood added to a clean shop. In one article the sheriff stated the evidence he has from a phone expert said he vanished in East Tawakoni. But it is only one article and never spoken of. And there is question of whether the phone expert hired by HC is even correct. Pings are not exact and much time was wasted, ie were tower dumps to determine what other phones were active at the same locations obtained? If not it's too late now. Were phone records subpeoned for the POIs? Did everything hinge on polygraphs which were not even administered for 3 months after his disappearance? Where is the real crime scene and what search has been conducted to find it? As far as is stated, all has been done to find his missing body. But nothing to find the scene of the crime.Somewhere (on this site in one of the many pages) I read some information about messaging, possibly text, where the wife was requesting that he meet her at the old residence. I'm not sure how good that information is. At this point in time, down the road, is there any consensus on that?
You have my opinion on what for me is reason enough to not plan an assault at the garage. Lack of control. In my opinion, additional support for why the garage is not the location of the crime is the condition of that scene. It's clean. Very clean. Yes, the blood is there but where is the context of that conversation? The blood is telling me that Mr. Chambers was injured, and significantly. But it is not telling me where an initial blow took place. It doesn't say if that initial blow was followed up by any additional hits - if anything, it is telling me that I am late to that conversation and it is not rehashing for me what took place. Also, that the conversation ends near the door. And nowhere is there any reference to others involved in the conversation. It's as if the blood were cut and pasted from another conversation - taken out of context. Someone wants me to know that harm has come to Mr. Chambers but I am not allowed to know more.
Now what is the more simple explanation of why there is blood on an otherwise clean location? The crime took place and was cleaned up except for the blood? Or the scene never took place there but the blood was added? Given, neither of these choices are assumption free, but it is what we have to work with.
Your thoughts?
I believe so. As soon as he was declared dead she received half his pension. I believe the pension pays for any cause of death. If she had left the status as Missing she would receive his whole pension for 7 years. So by declaring him dead she lost half his pension.Would BC have gotten his pension if he committed suicide?
