That’s freaked me out since we found out about him. It’d be really hard to fight/escape someone who has a lot of MMA training. IF it’s him, I’d think he’d have had to have a weapon to control 2 people. I wonder if he made Michael erase the footage and turn off the cameras?

I am quite impressed by the work LE has done so far in this case. It sounds like there has been quite a bit going on behind the scenes:

Fri., 1/4: MS and JS are reported missing;
Father of missing Temple woman speaks: "refrain from speculation"

Sat., 1/5: Temple Police Department posts about their disappearance on its FB page;
Temple Police Department, Temple, TX

Tues., 1/8: Cedric Marks is arrested in MI and booked into the Kent County Jail (“Marks was arrested Jan. 8 by a U.S. Marshal’s fugitive team in a parking lot at RiverTown Crossings mall in Grandville. He did not resist arrest, police said.”)
Ex-boyfriend of missing Texas woman arrested in West Michigan for burglary

Wed., 1/9: “Temple police said they received information on Jan. 9 about the disappearance of Scott and Swearingin that lead them to the area in question.“ (BBM)

Weekend” (1/11 - 1/13): “Beth Green with the Okfuskee County Sheriff's Office said the investigation had been ongoing since the weekend.”

Ok, now that more is public I can say more... The connection to the property or County is yes his prior court date, but current Girlfriend (GM) who on her facebook has pics of his kids was arrested in the adjacent county where the two bodies were found. More suitable for a private send if you want the info. Someone look into Andre Ogans TPD Unsolved Crimes.. That is how I found out about April Pease with a little help from locals.. No prob for submitting tip but I think people alot closer have already talked. .. more need too

This does not surprise me in the least. I would bet there are even more unsolved crimes and missing from this guy. MOO

He had to have had help. Austin is not walking distance from Temple where they are believed to be abducted. How does he get the car to ATX, and ditch it with Mike's phone? An Uber would create a digital trail. Someone had to pick him up, or take the car for him to ATX. Then get back to Temple to grab Mike and Jenn and take them to Oklahoma? I wonder if they had already been killed and he stashed them somewhere.

His previous case of the burglary in Jenna's home, the Ring Doorbell was used as evidence against the perp. He knew Michaels house, and how to avoid detection. I would speculate he forced him to delete the footage under duress.

In a phone conversation before he was arrested, Marks told Channel 6's Jasmin Caldwell, Scott's disappearance was sad but that he had nothing to do with it.

"Not only do I have no history of violence towards women or children, I teach free women's assault programs or did before I went on the run away from her," said Marks.

Meanwhile, the mother of two of Marks' other children, Ginelle McDonough, and another woman, Maya Maxwell, were being held in the Muskegon County jail in Michigan for Temple Police.

Muskegon Police said their fugitive team arrested the women Jan. 11.

Maxwell is charged with Obstructing Police/Evidence Destroying. McDonough is charged with Harboring a Fugitive, according to Muskegon Police.

McDonough is identified as Marks' wife in the court documents from Washington state. She said they were married in October, 2003.

Time frame of Cedric Joseph Marks, 44, happenings:

- In Oct 2003 he married and had two children with McDonough

- In March 2009, mother of his other child, April Pease disappeared while at a protected location for domestic abuse victims in Bloomington, Minnesotta. She moved from Washington to Minnesota to hide from Mark. Bitter custody battle.

- In summer 2018 he broke in to Jenna Scott's (his ex) house and threatened her to drop charges against him for assault family violence crimes and reminded her he’d also filed charges against her. Her young child was present.

- The warrant for Marks’ arrest was issued Nov. 9, 2018 for breaking and burglary of Jenna Scott house in the summer 2018

- In Jan. 4, 2019 Jenna Scott (his ex) and Michael Swearingin disappeared in Temple, Texas. Their bodies were found Jan 15 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

- Jan 9, 2019 Mark Cedar arrested for burglary of Jenna Scott house in Aug 2018.

- McDonough (his wife) was arrested on Jan 11 (2019) in Muskegon County, Michigan for Harboring a Fugitive (him)
