I’m sure the Border Patrol has been notified, and I’m most definitely sure CM doesn’t have a passport (or if he does, not on his person), but since nothing he does would surprise me at this point: Where would he go to cross the border?

For example, it looks like it’s only a six-hour drive from Conroe to South Padre Island.

If he were to be charged with capital murder, which, IMO, is likely in this case, under the US-Mexico extradition treaty, the prosecution would be required to waive the death penalty in order to extradite him back to the US, I believe.

If he was wearing an orange jumpsuit, why are they saying he was shirtless? That is so misleading if he was wearing a orange jumpsuit?

“BREAKING: The Montogomery Co. Sheriff says Cedric Marks escaped his prison transport. Last seen wearing an orange jumpsuit and constraints. They also said he has three pending murder charges — new info we have not been able to report.“ (BBM)
Alex Caprariello on Twitter

BBM: It almost sounds as though at least some members of the media were already aware, IMO.

He didn’t have a problem soliciting someone to drive Swearingin‘s car to Austin. Maybe he has help from someone who can get him a passport? If I were him, I‘d lay low in a hideout for a while and book a flight as Mr. X to somewhere far away.

I can’t believe they left him unattended at a McDonald‘s!

I swear I watched this on Wentworth or OITNB.
Hope he is caught. Jeeze Louise.

The first thing this guy will likely do is carjack someone or break into a residence.

Pray he does not kill anybody. This man is now desperate.

Superbowl day probably a good day to escape due to so many people distracted by tv, parties, LE watching out for drunk drivers ect. imo, speculation.

Most people are armed down there-word has gotten out and some might be ready for him if he attempts to invade a home in the area. In fact I can imagine them all now locked and loaded and ready to go as we speak. Don’t mess with Texas, moo.

Now for the random people in their cars, etc...

Everybody down there is in high danger right now (obviously).
