GUILTY TX - Middle school computer teacher, Joachim Hees faces child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 charges

This child case is one of hundreds. However, I found the timeline to be very informative. They seized those computers almost 3 years ago and are just now arresting him?? Did it truly take that long to analyze them? Were they watching him carefully during this time? I realize that he was placed in a position away from children but he was still out in the community and working with a school district AND had must have had access to computers in that technology dept.

Canutillo [TX] teacher denied bond in child case

"A Canutillo teacher indicted on four counts of child was denied bond by a federal judge Monday morning. U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert F. Castaneda ruled at a detention hearing that Joachim Rudolf Hees, who turned 46 on Sunday, was a danger to the community. Hees was ordered to be detained pending his trial. No trial date has been set...."

Hees was arrested without incident Wednesday at his home. He has been charged with one count of receipt of child , one count of possession of child and two counts of receipt of obscene material depicting sexual abuse of a child...."

Federal documents obtained by ABC-7 show that agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation went to the home of Joachim Hees to execute a search warrant issued for his son, Jonathan Hees, 20. Joachim Hees, a coach and teacher at Canutillo Middle School, was arrested Tuesday on campus...."


"...the federal indictment for Jonathan Hees, which states the FBI was investigating him from around August 14, 2008 to about December 16, 2008, for knowingly possessing child . The arrest affidavit for Joachim Hees states FBI agents went to the Hees home on December 17, 2008 to search for evidence related to child . It was then when agents say they came across three baggies containing marijuana in Hees' bedroom...."

Did you follow that? FBI goes looking for 20 year old with child , serves SW, seizes computers and notices pot in dad's room, arrests him too. After several years of analysis, the FBI has enough evidence to arrest dad on child charges too. During this time dad was working at the district office. What was the son doing?

Jonathan Hees went to Parkland High in El Paso from 2004-2008. The dad taught computer skills and the son was heavy into chess, video games and oh yes, pot. They must have used each other's FB page.

And Jonathan likes animals. Why does that ALWAYS set my teeth on edge when I see that on a site connected to a child trader? Why would a guy say he likes "animals" rather than "my dogs Buster and Lil"?



There's a FB page which matches the dad's name. However, in looking at dates, it seems to belong to a young male relative who is not mixed up with the arrests.

This is a photography studio linked to Rudy Hees. The very first thing I noticed leaping off the page was a comment about a park ranger. You'd have to read the Steven Derlacki thread to understand. Derlacki was a grade school teacher in Roseburg, OR until he was arrested for child . He's still awaiting trial, hanging out at his parents home in Corvallis. One of us on the thread found a blog where Derlacki visited and posted. It's a strange one and has all sorts of wink/wink comments about "Juicy Fruit" and being a park ranger. Being that Juicy Fruit is a variety of cannabis, I have to wonder if there's some connection. Even same time frame, 2006:

Former Canutillo I.S.D. Teacher Pleads Guilty to Child Charge

United States Attorney Robert Pitman announced that in El Paso, 46-year-old Joachim Rudolf Hees (pronounced &#8220;Hays&#8221, a former Canutillo I.S.D. teacher, faces between five and 20 years in federal prison after pleading guilty today to receipt of child .

In December 2008, FBI agents executed a search warrant at the defendant&#8217;s residence and seized three home computers as well as related electronic media. A forensics examination of the seized materials revealed the presence of close to 600 images depicting child .

Hess remains in federal custody pending sentencing which is scheduled for March 5, 2012, before Senior United States District Judge David Briones.

Assistant United States Attorneys Daniel Crumby and J. Brandy Gardes are prosecuting this case on behalf of the government.

The panties are a big problem. Dry stains? Are you telling me that LE bought his story that the panties were his? Did they test them for DNA? Maybe they did and the DNA was his. I hope so.

In addition to the prison term and supervised release, United States Senior District Judge David Briones ordered that Hees pay a $2,500 fine.
