I think when defense attorney's try to do what hers did, there is little room for any pity. Blaming another victim in this case and suggesting it was some burglar that somehow stole her jeep and yada yada yada. It makes a mockery of the court and I'm sure it doesn't go over well with jurors when they are taken for fools with that nonsense. As quickly as these jurors returned a verdict of guilty, I think LWOP will be the sentence handed down. It seems rather obvious that no one took pity on her. JMO
I am glad he acknowledged the Wilson’s grief.@alcaprari23

Kaitlin always read the gospel to the group. Kaitlin was very insightful about what they were reading. The group would talk it through.Knotts recalls a certain conversation:"I said to her, 'Kaitlin, what do you do all day [in isolation]?'""Well, I meditate, I do yoga and I read."Knotts helped her get new books to read in jail since she had read most of the ones already in the jail library. Knotts said it's been a delight to converse with her.

What words would be used to describe Kaitlin?Extremely positive. Very kind. But most impressive? Her empathy.

Yes. KA’s parents are in pain also. I do feel empathy, but I also recall when her father was blaming others at the beginning. I guess it’s only natural for a parent to not want to believe their daughter could be a vicious killer.I am glad he acknowledged the Wilson’s grief.

I wonder if that lady slipped her the pin - the one she used to undo her handcuffs. (Kidding)Snipped for focus...
What does Kaitlin do all day in jail? Meditate on her escape plans, that's what... Probably practicing the motions. And we now know all that yoga was so she could make a break for it.
Sometimes character references are so off the mark....
Well this is coming from the sister whose passport was used to flee the country so….Her sister that said she hates that Kaitlin has been painted in this light. Excuse me.
We heard from others who knew her and they didn’t say the same thing.@alcaprari23
Christine says she moved to Austin in 2019. Kaitlin moved in 2012. Yoga was a huge part of her sister's life. "She's always been a loving, caring, beautiful, bright light.""She's just such a special person. She's always been such a special person. I've always looked up to you. I've always looked up to her. I just love her so much and I hate that she's been painted in this light. She's not a bad person. She's a really good person, she's always cared for other people and if you ask anyone who knows her, they would say the same thing."
