I had previously thought that Routh was very mentally sick, but now I'm more to thinking that he is not and knew what he was doing.

Thanks for posting the tweets and links. Seems to me the prosecution is doing a good job in debunking Routh's mental illness. Which makes me wonder...if he were sane, why did he should them? What was the motive?

He was under the influence of pot & whiskey when he shot them. In prior testimony by the prosecution doctors he told the doctors he didn't like Chad or Chris because (1) on the way to the range they stopped & got hamburgers & he was mad about that because he wasn't hungry, (2) He didn't like Chad's cologne, (3) Chad & Chris wouldn't talk to him while they were in the truck, (4) He was mad at Chad because Chad was not shooting at the range, (5) He thought they were "pig people" wanting to take his soul.

I would never have been qualified for this jury because I've thought from the beginning that Routh was guilty. That being said, I just hope the jury can reach a unanimous decision so a mistrial will not be declared. All it will take is one juror who refuses to be persuaded to agree with the majority. The victim's families have suffered way too much already with their terrible losses. Their lives are forever changed & they will always live with the trauma of losing their loved ones. They need to be able to be finished with this trial so that they can move on to whatever, their "new normal" happens to be. Far too often juries come up with decisions that we mere mortals do not understand. A perfect example is the Casey Anthony jury.

This is Texas and he is NOT an attractive, young, white female.....it's not going to be a problem....The appeals on the other hand......

nbcdfw news now reporting that the trial has been cancelled today because of hazardous weather conditions. It's scheduled to resume Tuesday, Feb. 24th.
