At the below link check out the screen capture of a Myspace post by "Sexual Seduction". This person claims a Michael knew about the plot and feels he's as guilty as the rest of them. I tend to agree. BTW, according the the affidavit a Michael Dickinson answered the door and was taken in for questioning along with Wilkerson. More people to be charged maybe?

I wonder how long it will be before the blame game begins between the two lovebirds. He'll accuse her of planning the crime, maybe turn state's evidence. She'll insist he was behind it all.
I found it surprising that she started to cry when she found she wasn't going home. What kind of world did she live in to think she wouldn't be held accountable? Did the others really think they would get away with murder? Guess they didn't think at all.
It really gets me that her and her boyfriend went to the other guys place after the murders and had SEX :furious: It's almost like they were celebrating the murders!
I think Erin's plan was to use the other three to do her dirty work then blame it all on them. I couldn't figure out what her exit plan was and why she thought she was going to be released and also why grandma was with her. From the affidavit:
She told Deputy Fischer that she was asleep and woke to the subjects yelling at her to get on the floor. The girl then told Deputy Fischer that she remembers fire and nothing else.
I don't think that would work. She had her bags packed and she took them with her, she gave the guys the combination to the lock box and I'm sure a medical exam will prove she had sex and was not raped. And now we read she may be pregnant! What an idiot, ruin countless peoples lives by killing 3 innocent people and then bring another innocent victim into this mess.
I'm so sad and horrified reading that affidavit. Both CW's killed. Erin told them to come back in 1 hour so she could get the dog to quiet down. Plenty of time to think about things and change herevil mind.![]()
There are steps they can take to corraborate some of the statements they made, Wilkinson says that Erin called him from the house to say come back in one hour and she would quieten the dog, LE can get phone records to check this,
plus they could check the home where she was found to see if she had luggage with her belongings in,
they could also check to see if the locked box was opened by the use of a combination, showing that somebody had to have revealed the combination to them, and that would most likely be Erin,
I wonder if they broke in to try to make it look like a burglary,

That's an understatement.This dumb bunny
If the two boys weren't originally supposed to be killed, then what were they going to do with them when they started the fire? Wake them up and have them run? Was the fire planned? Or did they just start that once they had killed everyone?
So many questions....
If Erin was tried as an adult and convicted she would be eligible for life without parole. The death penalty is not an option. Now, if she was tried and convicted as a juvenile the maximum sentence could be 40 years and she could be eligible for parole as early as age 19.

God, I hope they try her as an adult! Only 3 years for wiping out your whole family!:furious:
