Just coming back and reading most recent first .

WHAT?

"
From the attached article:
When Guillen arrived at work, Robinson was already inside the armory room working. Guillen reportedly spotted photos of Aguilar on his phone and confronted him about having an affair with someone married to a former soldier.
At that point, an argument ensued, and Robinson allegedly told Guillen that he wouldn’t let her ruin his military career. He then grabbed a hammer and bludgeoned her to death, Kwaham said, leaving blood all over the armory room.
"

'How did this information come out? He died and without talking, she never talked.... was this from a person who witnessed the entire thing to give this detail.. Those are only options for this statement MOO

swimmmmmmmmmmmmmmming up to see! (is this true or MSM twist?)

There are probably texts between Robinson and the girlfriend. Of course, he probably lied in his texts to the girlfriend.MOO

Was just an observation and I have no idea at all what 2 stars mean on the sleeve. That's why I commented as so many here know of such. With a high profile case... I have no idea at all in the military the level of someone with two stars has.
2 star by rank is a Major General. 4 is highest that can be attained and Gen. Patton was the only 5, correct me if I'm wrong I'm a bit rusty lol. He's the III CORPS Deputy general, Ft. Hood's CID. He's at the top of the food chain. Along with III CORPS Commander Lieutenant General (3 Star) Pat White, who's responsible for all of Ft. Hood. Hope that explains it some.

Not buying what they’re selling. Non of this makes sense

I don't trust anything they have said after the way they handled Kamisha Block murder (ironically enough, block was at fort hood as well). What a disgrace. Block's family has been fighting for justice since 2005, I just hope it comes quicker for Vanessa.

I felt like they were more upset about the "rumors" and frustrations of the family's public appearance, than what happened to VG. I'm truly hoping more is being done on her direct leadership, because I feel like that's the missing link.

The General showed remorse, and I could see that. But anyone affiliated with the military can see that, that was a poor display of leadership. This is just my opinion!!

The female in custody is estranged from her husband that is a former soldier. This person in custody is said to be the current girlfriend of AR.
In custody in Bell County Jail

If Robinson worked in a different building how did he get in the armory?

MOO think this is the scenario.
A buddy seargent set VG up to go to an empty work place to get raped by Robinson who was laying in wait outside the armory. She opened door and he forced in.
Yes, someone else who worked in the armory room that day or whoever supervised them has to know something. They must know by now who called her in to work, who had a key and who signed her in as being there at 3:00 pm.

I have appreciated your military insight on this thread - I did google 5 stars (My father was Army)
These are the 9 general officers who have earned five stars
It's an interesting list that spans the Armed Forces. I learned something new today so thank you.

Yea not much out of presser. Also just for the civilian world, a 2 star knowing what enlisted folks do is rare. It's like asking the CEO of Amazon if Billy in Seattle took a bathroom break at 1pm. This post (base) prob has 3-4 major occupations with thier own SOPs. 275 manuals each covering things like proper toilet flushing etc...u get it. Where I work

With that said he had time to research and didnt. He is off the hook for me with it anyway. If he is managing check ins at that level hes not a General...not even a captain. What he is on the hook for will be how CID performed even when that group has it's own chain of command. A chain that doesnt go through him. I think they messed up the moment blood was found, after that it gets easy to solve but this incident took forever. The suspect list is what? 2 people at most?

I dont believe it's a conspiracy, I think AR killed VG out of rage. I think he acted with his ex to hide it. He never knew this would blow up to this level media wise and his time was short. They must absolutely investigate the sexual stuff separate otherwise it gets pinned on AR. There is another perp out there, not for murder but for the sexual harrassment.

With all this said, that 2 star is toast. Meanwhile the incompetence way beneath him will continue on

He's CID Top dog he knows very well what's going on; if he doesn't then he should be relieved with that much rank and pay. JMO

A General doesn't know what a PVT is doing. However, during an investigation and time like this, a General( a good one), is to not sleep until he is fully informed and briefed on what is going on. IMO, it looked weak for him to say he didn't know. At least act like you're involved. Idk... JMO.
I agree though. He should be retiring soon or transferring bases. JMO.

Look at how murky this whole case got, thanks to all the rumors that were spread.

We had sexual harassment that was connected to her disappearance, countless people named and shamed, and now no matter what happens, people won’t be satisfied with the conclusion.

If this doesn’t turn out to be some vast conspiracy, a lot of people aren’t going to buy it.

The truth is that this sort of thing happens with some regularity in the civilian world. A male makes sexual advances to a female, and kills her in a rage.

In this particular case, I think it was a combination of rage and necessity (in his mind). After she said no, his career would have been in jeopardy.

I’m not saying that Vanessa wasn’t sexually harassed, but it doesn’t appear anyone has come forward and verified these claims that have been put out there (shower incident for instance).

That’s why I’m leaning towards the scenario I am. I don’t think this is complicated.

Just add 5 star general exist, I believe it's a war time only position if commanding an operation. Handful have been named through history.

2 stars are like a building manager in civilian life. Ones like this guy at least. They are the public face, community person. Upgrades and spending. Ra ra cheerleader, safety advocate etc. Soldiers on base dont roll up to them usually as they have thier own command sometimes in a diff location. It's a political post for sure in his case.

I think this all going to be quite simple, and it does only involve these two suspects.

AR finds himself alone with Vanessa, and makes a move. She rebuffs him, and he then decides he has to kill her. Vanessa was in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong man.

AR kills her, hides her body, cleans up, and contacts his girlfriend for help.

He lucked out because he didn’t work in the same building, and wasn’t in her chain of command. This gave him enough time to get her body out of there, as CID didn’t become involved until the following day.
Has CID never heard of luminol?

He should have not said anything. Who do you suppose CID work for? He's Ft. Hood Deputy Commanding General, these folks are responsible for "DA HOOD" and everybody on it, including the buildings.
