Ollie was last seen in Waxahachie on Thursday August 22 at 4:00 p.m. wearing a blue polo shirt, tan shorts, and tan shoes. He is 4 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds.

The Waxahachie Police Department is also looking for Candace Harbin, Ollie’s non-custodial parent, who is believed to be with Ollie and driving a white 2012 Nissan Quest minivan bearing Texas license plate FLW5767.

I used to live in Waxahachie, for 8 years. If they suspect he’s in immediate danger I worry about all the water around there. Lake Waxahachie, Lake Bardwell, Joe Pool, lots of rivers. I don’t know what water levels are like right now, it’s dry down here by Houston, at least drier than usual. Out of Waxahachie you can take Interstate 35 north and south and 287 will get you over to Interstate 45 and Fort Worth pretty quickly too.

The mother and son at the center of an Amber Alert issued late Friday afternoon were both found dead inside her parked car about an hour later, police say.

Police found Ollie and Harbin after they received a report of two unresponsive people at about 6:35 p.m. Friday in the parking garage. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, both the mother and son were dead.

News of their deaths came after emergency crews lined the roadways in the area of South Jackson and East Main streets.

Police said they won't release their causes of death until they further investigate the case.

His father had reported the boy missing earlier in the day and said he was last seen Thursday afternoon with Harbin, who did not have custody of him, at a vape store in Waxahachie.

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services has not received a report of Ollie's death, and is not part of the investigation at this time, spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said Saturday in an email.
