I can't believe not one has been charged yet. Is the neighbor cleared?

Me too, I guess it's far more complicated that it seemed to be ...

I am glad the march took place in the area she went missing and died. I hope it puts pressure on any neighborhood residents who may know something or saw or heard something. MOO The killer is right there among the neighbors.

I'm glad too. Who did this to Kaitlin?

SAN ANTONIO - A local family is pleading for help to unravel a murder mystery that has left them devastated.

The family of 17-year-old Kaitlin Hernandez, who was tragically found dead under a bridge last month on the northeast side of San Antonio, is holding a vigil in hopes of finding answers.

Tonight, her family gathers at the location where Kaitlin was found, on the corner of Del Oak and Ashland, reaffirming their commitment to seeking justice for their beloved daughter and sister.

Kaitlin's aunt, Crystal Rodriguez, expressed frustration at the lack of progress in the case, stating that to her knowledge, there are no new leads. She emphasizes their determination to continue advocating for Kaitlin until justice is served.

As the vigil unfolds tonight, the Hernandez family continues to seek closure and justice for Kaitlin, hoping that their plea for assistance will bring the answers they desperately seek.

It is good news to see that the person who is responsible has been arrested. Both his family and he could have saved Kaitlin's family the anguish of wondering and waiting had he just admitted to what happened in the very beginning.
RIP Kaitlyn.

Good point, @Ladyotm. At least things should start to happen towards justice for Kaitlin and her family. <sigh>

I lost track of this case, just now seeing there was an arrest made. Seems as if the wait was due to obtaining DNA results? Because her killer is a juvenile, does that mean we won't see many details released regarding court hearings?
