MOO!
If her phone was off or dead I very much do not believe any records would show anything incoming, only on those other devices could it be traced
I think if someone left voicemails they would show incoming even if the phone was off. I have seen my daughter’s usage while she had phone off while abroad and the bill still showed whenever one of us left VMs or texted her (we have a family plan that she’s part of). It could depend on the carrier though.

Thanks. I wasn’t sure if they would show up or not. If someone knew her PW/access code to her voicemails, couldn’t they access any voicemails left while the phone was off by calling her number and entering the PW?

Ya but it seems true based on the VI's response to the new info
That's not the point. Rumors are not reliable information, even if they sometimes turn out to be true, so they are not allowed.

Does any one remember the movie?
LETS GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT?
With Julia Roberts and Dennis Quaid?
Also was a Bonnie Raitt song.
Let's give em' something to talk about.
This is what came to mind on the last few pages I just read.

Where is PRISMA?

@winter63
Keep fighting the good fight.

This is what I thought as well but maybe it does depend on the carrier. MOO IF someone knew her VM password, I’m pretty sure they could call her number and access her voicemails. MOO

Ditto because nothing adds up. MOO

If Prisma was a stripper, I don't think that makes her a bad mother. I don't think it's a safe line of work but that doesn't mean she didn't love her son and was a bad mother. The thing I have a problem with is her drinking at that bar/restaurant for 3 hours and then driving around aiming her gun at people. I'm assuming she was drunk and was she planning on picking up her son like that? After talking to the babysitter for an hour and drinking at the bar for supposedly 3 hours, IMO she didn't plan on picking up her son that night. I've asked numerous times if the phone records show any voicemails, texts, or calls from the babysitter during those 2 hours the babysitter was waiting for her. If her phone was turned off or died, would phone records show calls and texts sent to her. If voicemails were left could they be retrieved? Can anyone answer this? Thanks and MOO

That's a good question.. I believe it wouldn't be sent if it was never back on. Idk. I'll check back with you guys another day.
I gotta go to work. Hope they find this woman. Prayers.

Anyone know what her new job was that she didn't return to on the day of her disappearance?

She was working at some kind of car dealership.

IMHO, she didn’t run off. It’s expensive to run away and go into hiding. Does she have the resources for this? JMO

If she had relatives and/or friends in Mexico I don’t think it would be expensive and she could easily disappear down there. MOO
I hope she ran off but I don’t think she would leave her son for this long. Ive been a single Mom of one son since he was 2 (now he’s an adult) and he’s my life. Prisma is young and has probably made some bad choices (who hasn’t) but I believe she loved her son more than anything and wouldn’t leave him like this. If she did run away somewhere, I believe she would have had someone bring her son to her. Unfortunately, I think something very tragic happened with someone up in that parking garage. MOO

I also don’t think she left on purpose but other women with children have. Jmo

Prisma's biological father died when she was a baby, her stepdad whom she also refers to as dad since she was about 5 or so is the only dad prisma has known. I agree with you on the babysitter you would think she would have as the babysitters I know all ask for emergency numbers just in case something happens to the child.
Maybe this has been answered before and I missed, are the mother and step-father divorced?

I must have missed this, but what would be her motive for running away and disappearing on her own?

There could be speculation but we don’t know, I was just giving my opinion because I’m out of sleuthing angles to stay within the rules here.

Possibly the gun pointing incident...not a normal occurrence in most lives, imo.

Winter63 posted awhile back saying the father (I think it was the father) thought that she may have left/disappeared because of the upcoming custody battle. I remember responding to this saying something to the effect of, how would her disappearing help her in a custody battle and that it would only hurt her. It didn't make sense to me. MOO I'm paraphrasing everything because I can't find these posts right now.
Edited to add; I don't know what her motive would be either. It clearly wasn't the custody battle.

The gun pointing incident happened just an hour earlier. IMO it would be difficult to successfully disappear without any proper planning or outside help on such a short notice.
