Theory one unknown stranger took advantage and was at wrong place at wrong time.
Theory 2 ex made it seem like he wasn't at apt and went with friend to go pick her up at garage. Then comes back at 4am and possibly done something to her. So they took her in a car which explains the last ping is there. Personally I believe everyone in LE given up. No return phone calls, no new leads, no returned emails even after trying to help out with possible leads. Maybe suspect(s) has
ties to higher ranked people which explains why nothing is being done. I don't know I'm just speculating. Two major possibilities.

Possibly. It's so hard to really know what happened after that. After a year of trying to figure out it's down to 3-4 logical theories. No help from LE makes it worse.

Wow! I haven’t been able to check in for a while, but I’ve been on Prisma’s thread from the beginning. I just want to thank you for taking the time to provide information here. I know it can’t be easy at times, but this group certainly cares about Prisma.
