I can’t remember what member here went and took pictures of the apartments, but his/her theory was perhaps she fell into a dumpster accidentally and was never discovered? I think that could be a viable option at this point. JMO.

When Prisma was at his apartment building, he was reportedly with his friends in another town and allegedly returned home about 10 hours later. We don't know when the police spoke with him or how they checked his alibi, only that his apartment wasn't searched. IIRC, all this was mentioned before on the thread.
Prisma's phone communication stopped within 12 minutes of arriving at her ex's building and she was on the phone almost the entire time. From what we know (sudden turnaround on the highway) it seems like she went there unannounced. If another person is involved in her disappearance, they must have been either a resident or a random visitor. So far there's no indication that the ex was aware of her presence and sent someone from outside to deal with her. It happened too quickly. All JMO.
So, if he was with the friends for 10 hours and got back at 4am - would that mean he left his apartment at 6pm?
No, 10 hours is simply time lapsed from Prisma's last known communication to his return home. He left her at a bar earlier in the afternoon. It would be interesting to know why he didn't answer Prisma's calls.
How did he know that without answering? Perhaps she was also messaging him, but we have no details about it.
