Rowlett Police received a missing person report on 77-year-old Regulo Olguin on March 9, the Mesquite Police department announced Thursday morning.
According to the department, Olguin lives in Rowlett and was last seen leaving a hospital in Richardson on March 3. Olguin reportedly left on foot and has not returned to Rowlett. He has not contacted any friends or family members, the department said. Olguin is approximately 5’7” feet tall, weighing 150 lbs, grey hair and light brown complexion.
