Physical Description
Age: 40-60 Height: 5'10" (70 inches) Weight: 165 lbs. Hair: Partially Grey, Balding on top with growth about one inch Facial Hair: Full grayish colored beard and mustache. Scars: An old large vertical scar in the middle of his abdomen Tattoos: On his right upper arm was a cross above a banner with possibly the word "AZTEC" on the banner. Under the banner was a circle or a wheel.

I can no longer view the recon and tattoo drawings included in the initial post - here they are again. The tattoos are not professional - is there a way to determine if they are prison tattoos? Logo doesnt look like the Aztec motorcycle gang.
