Ugh How can you help someone directly after a Murder and be bonded out in a few hours!!?
I sure hope more charges are coming.

And they referred to a shell casing (singular) so he most likely was not shot in car.

per the affadavit, they arrived at CP house at 11:50 pm, and the car left there at 11:54 and next stop was Danny Kaye.... so , they were killed at or in front of his home?

This is such a senseless and disgusting . I don't think the accused people are safe anywhere in jail or bonded out. There's a lot of angry people out there. I really hope more people are charged someone else was in the truck ,jmoo

I am really leaning towards a child being in the truck, maybe dad couldn't leave the kid alone, pulled them out of bed and told them to stay down in the backseat so they didn't see anything. I honestly can't imagine what went down but the fact is it was a total of about 15 minutes is just shocking. Over Marijuana....

That might be a typo. It says "found spent shell casing in the vehicle". It should either be "found A spent shell casing" or "found spent shell casingS" to be grammatically correct. There are other typos/ grammatical errors in affidavit, too, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

The arrest affidavit indicates the murders did occur on December 21, 2023 (Thursday).

"The video surveillance found that on December 21, 2023 around 2359 hours, a Chevy Silverado, Gray, driving with its lights off from the vehicle recovered location."

"Your Affiant found that the victim had recently searched the street of 'Charlie Chan Dr.'"

"Your Affiant was able to discover that the victim's vehicle pinged near 'Charlie Chan Dr.' and Cary Grant Dr around 2350 hours on the night they went missing. The vehicle did not start moving again until 2354 hours. The vehicle then traveled to 5903 Danny Kaye Dr. where the victims and their vehicle were discovered on December 26th, 2023."

"Christopher Preciado reported Matthew Guerra and Savanah Soto drove to his residence on Charlie Chan Drive to sell Christopher Preciado marijuana. Christopher Preciado went on to provide a version of events that were inconsistent with evidence collected at the scene and from the victim's recovered vehicle. Christopher claimed the male victim pointed a weapon at him and Christopher was able to manipulate the weapon resulting in the female being shot. Christopher then stated that had the weapon pointed at him again and he manipulated the weapon again resulting in the male victim being shot."

"Christopher Preciado's statement is inconsistent with the gunshot wounds suffered by Matthew Guerra and Savanah Soto and the evidence collected at the crime scene."

I don't understand these fools 3 family's ruined and yep I'm including the accused family there's sibling and children that are innocent. And hopefully a death penalty case all over pot so bloody senseless ,he's going to have a long time to think about it in PC because in gen pop it's not going to be good for him jmoo

In other words, they arrived at Chris's house at 11:50. Within four minutes, they were killed and being taken to the apartments. Five minutes later, both vehicles are seen on video at the apartment. It happened fast.

It appears Savanah was likely shot in the Kia and Matthew was likely shot in the suspect's driveway not far from his vehicle. MOO

Chris was a 2023 graduate of John Marshall HS at Northside ISD. The class graduation video is on YouTube. Chris did not receive much of an applause when walked across the stage. He makes a motion for applause, but there wasn't. (Applause is a big thing here. It is generally a family generated thing)
