Found Safe TX - Scotty Fulton, 34, San Antonio, 29 Aug 2019

Scotty Fulton, 34, was last seen in the area of Interstate 35 and Division Ave. on the South Side on August 29. Fulton is 5'11" and weighs about 190 pounds with blue eyes and a bald head. He was last seeing wearing a yellow safety jacket without sleeves, camo pants and white tennis shoes. He has a full-sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

Family searching for relative with schizophrenia after he was released from BCSO custody

"A San Antonio family says they are looking for one of their own after he was taken into custody by Bexar County deputies who mistook him for a cousin who has outstanding warrants before being subsequently released in an area he's unfamiliar with...

...whose family says has schizophrenia and a short-term memory...

...fingerprints cleared Scotty and a deputy asked where he'd like to be released. That ended up being I-35 south and Division on the city's south side..."

Scotty Fulton, 34, was last seen on Thursday, Aug. 29 near Interstate 35 South and Division Avenue. He is described as 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, bald with blue eyes. He also has several tattoos: a spiderweb on his left arm and "Wicked Dreams" and "Fulton" on the right arm.
