Any possibility that it is Kareen Augustin (The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) She went missing about a year earlier from Ardmore, OK (which is near the Texas border, a bit to the west of Sherman). She went missing with her adult son and dog. The son was a resident of Flower Mound, TX (which is due south of Ardmore and a little southwest of Sherman). I have found references to her being evicted, and the son was last seen selling games at Gamestop, Namus indicates they may have been living in their car.

I ended up contacting the Sherman PD via email. Their internal case number was included on the NAMUS site, and I provided the name and NAMUS case number for the potential match. I am not expecting to hear anything. (And i know the match is a stretch.)
