I believe they have since corrected the Nazi paraphernalia for hindu as he was Hindu. There is a swastika type image in Hinduism--different name and different meanings. He was very disgruntled and had several police calls on him for brandishing his guns at people on their patios in the apartments where he lived

I haven't read that...........any link?

wow wow once i heard about driving aroud with Hitler that pretty intense

wow

Ha - like driving with Inspire mags in your back seat -- that blew my mind

Houston we have problem was his partner Jewish?

I am allowed these questions (so I hope) I am Jewish , so it is not like I have issues with Jewish people - I just know the value systems in place !!

These are excellent questions that need to be addressed. Was he racist? anti-Semitic or just recently?

Is that the exact name of the complex!

I think they are individually owned townhomes but not 100% sure. I am local. Public info... looks like he owned his unit.

Just last night I was looking up tutorials on making rangoli (google it....beautiful), and some of the designs looked like swastikas to me. I was surprised - that was news to me. (Some Native Americans in the NW also have that symbol. Hitler changed the definition of that symbol, as we know, and it has gone out of disuse for them.)

So, I could believe it could be a Hindu symbol misinterpreted by the press.

However, I want confirmation to know for sure. It does make a difference!

I wanna see what it looks like -- is this a guy living beyond his means - or a run down one that he was forced to step down to because of his vocationial stuff

I've been seeing the Hindu vs. Swastika thingy all over the place as well. But, you know MSM...a "Nazi" is more newsworthy and horrific, so they'll run with it.

(IF it's true about it really being a Hindu symbol)

Also, if you look up the history of the Swastika, Hitler stole it from the Indians. It means "good fortune" or "good health" in Sanskrit.

Wiki says it is the equivalent of a equilateral cross, is a religious symbol, suggests success. (I am still reading)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika

ETA:

The swastika is an important Hindu symbol. It is traced with the finger with sindoor on the head or body during Hindu religious rites, and on doors on festival days - notably on diwali, or deepavalli. It is painted on many, if not most, three-wheel auto-rikshas and trucks. In all these uses it is a lucky charm protecting from evil and attracting good.

It is also said to represent God (the Brahman) in his universal manifestation, and energy (Shakti). It represents the four directions of the world (the four faces of Brahma). It also represents the Purushartha: Dharma (natural order), Artha (wealth), Kama (desire), and Moksha (liberation).

Among the Hindus of Bengal, it is common to see the name "swastika" (Bengali: স্বস্তিক shostik) applied to a slightly different symbol, which has the same significance as the common swastika, that looks like a stick figure of a human being.[40] Right-facing swastika in the decorative Hindu form is used to evoke the Shakti.
