Court documents show that on Dec. 17, Midlothian police went to the home of a woman who identified herself as a friend of Jones.

She told officers that Jones and Dondlinger were in a relationship and that she had concerns about Dondlinger’s behavior toward a 5-year-old child in Jones’ home.

Officers then spoke with Jones, who confessed to sexually assaulting the 5-year-old at Dondlinger’s direction, according to the affidavit.

Jones’ bond is set at $90,000.

Dondlinger’s bond was increased to $250,000.

neither one of them should be eligible for bon IMO - they are a danger to all children!

He was initially arrested Dec. 23 in Loving County on a lesser degree of the felony offense, but the charge has since been upgraded.

Jones is charged with the following:

• Aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony
• Indecency with a child by sexual contact, a second-degree felony
• Indecency with a child by sexual contact, a second-degree felony
• Possession of child pornography of more than 500 visual depictions, a first-degree felony

Especially if the child was her own, but I think there would have been a charge related to that which I'm not seeing listed?
Since she was a sub, no telling who she has access too
