Identified! TX - Terrell, LIVING woman w/ amnesia, Aug'07 - Stacy Forbes

Are we sure she's American? Maybe she's from Canada.

Would a person keep their accent even with amnesia?

She looks like a school teacher. That would make sense that no one from work has missed her yet but with schools about to open back up for the year ....

A scar above the navel is suggestive of a laproscopic procedure. Etopic pregnancy, Tubaligation, Gallbladder, Exploratory Surgery, Ovarian cyst removal, etc.

She appears to me to be older than they believe from the side view. I would say she could be early to mid-30s. The slight drooping beside the mouth (jowls) and the lowering of the neckline would suggest this to me. She also has a bit of crows feet beginning to appear. (Sorry, Miss Jane D.!)

It also looks like she might have Strabismus of her left eye or maybe both. I think they should have her lens prescription analyzed and her glasses should be analyzed to find the make and model number. This could possibly tell them where they were sold and if the prescription is unusual...it could be a good lead.

She doesn't appear to have been without food or water...unless this photo was taken awhile after finding her. She does look healthy. She appears to have a slight discoloration naturally underneath her eyes that would darken with allergies, menstruation, lack of sleep, or other factors. (However, it looks like they used a forensic artist to touch up the photo by "removing" her glasses instead of her simply taking them off which would also remove the darkening in this area. The photos look almost exactly the same with and without her glasses, but I detect a lighter area near the temples and where the glare from the glasses were.)

I would like to know more about the clothing she was wearing when found. The name brands, the condition, the sizes including the shoes, and if they were typical summertime wear for the area. (Texas has been humid, hot, and with periodic rains lately...as far as I know.)

Was she wearing make-up when she was found? Make-up changes the looks of a person dramatically sometimes. (They need to take photos of her with full make-up and smiling.)

Was she wearing any jewerly? Does she have a "ring" tan line on any of her fingers?

One of the "missing adult" links listed someone with a lazy eye. Now, which one was it?!

Christine, thanks for contacting LE the way you did. I'm so thankful they took you/us seriously. I sure hope we can find answers.

We'll keep searching, Miss Jane Doe!

She wants to be called Ann.

"Ann comes to mind," she said when asked of her name. "Ann is what I remember."

http://www.wfaa.com/sharedcontent/d...tories/wfaa070821_mo_amnesiaann.5dd438a1.html

She is soft-spoken, has manicured nails and her hair, which is reddish-brown with a little bit of grey creeping in, has been professionally cut and colored.

While she said authorities said her age may be in her mid-20s, Ann said she remembers the age 40.

"I think it's more like 40," she said. "That may be the one thing that you don't want to admit to, 40 came to mind."

She said she is unaware of having any family or children.

"Hopefully somebody's looking," she said.

She said her greatest fear is what happens if no one is.

There needs to be 48 hours in one day!

Can someone map out where she was found? How far from closest airport?

Tomorrow I am going to email the detective again....ya'll have some specific questions I can ask?

I am going to ask again about pics or better descript of tat. Also, going to see if we can talk them into getting a full body picture.

I am so tired I can't think.....I wonder who is auto ellimated by the finger prints and face recognition, that could narrow down where we are searching?

K, gonna take a break, sleep, will see what ya'll think in the morning about what questions I can pose in my next email.

I gotta get up in 4 hours!

We are, Ann!!! :blowkiss:

Thanks for more updated info, Christine.

I believe if medical personnel did a pelvic exam they would be able to tell if she has had children or not. (I mean, not suggesting it unless she approved, of course. Just something else to think about.)

I read an article today that said the tattoo is on her left shoulder on her back. Ask where it is specifically if you can. Thank you.

That's it, froggier. Thanks.

I see that Tara would probably be too old to match this person. Rats.
Tara wouldn't be too old to match her at all. Tara was born in Feb. of 1969.

All the numbers are starting to run together, Seriously! You are right. She could still be part of this. Thank you!

Does Ann have any birthmarks? Tara had a dime-sized birthmark on the back of one of her legs.

Here's more detail:
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, green eyes. Calico has a large scar on the back of her right shoulder and a scar on her calf. She has a dime-sized brown birthmark on the back of one of her legs. She has a lazy eye. Calico has a cowlick on her right temple.

Maybe the floral tattoo covers the scar?

OK..sorry, lol, this is why this case is touching my heart so much, i have severe memory probs from an accident...I get so upset when I forget or make promises and forget...those that know me love me for it and take it in stride, those who don't get frustrated....it's not easy sometimes.

I'd like to know more about the flight! (Ok the former travel agent in me comes out)
This girl remembers the word E-Ticket. Therefore, some of her memory is coming back. That's not an everyday word. I think that they need to look closely at flight records on American Airlines and Southwest Airlines (assuming she flew from New Orleans to Dallas).
Although we don't know exactly when, we can narrow it down a bit, I am sure. She would have been on camera surveillance and you need ID to get on the plane... she had to have some ID with her at some point.

I think they should start scanning the security videos for AA and SWA around the date she was found.

That answered some of my questions. (Altho, I would fire her stylist if her hair has been professionally colored and cut recently! I tend to disagree with that...but maybe it was. You can see a tad bit of grey underneath the bangs on the left side a bit tho.)

She rather looks like an Ann, but with amnesia...she could be wrong and it could be the name she used to want as a child even....but we can sure call her Ann for now!

40 is an age some people tend to fear...and if you are in your mid 30s or plus...this could be why she remembers it.

"Hopefully somebody's looking," she said.

She said her greatest fear is what happens if no one is. <This statement makes me so very sad for her. Bless her heart!

CHRISTINE, please ask if LE can check if there's any unclaimed luggage that might be hers (by name?) or lost purse/wallet in airport lost and found from around the time she was found.
