Here is another idea :waitasec: we all keep saying (I have to myself too) she looks familiar...how about scouring the missing persons threads here? Maybe she is right under our noses?

The WS advanced search is pretty good, I wish I had time, but I am just popping in and out while at work. Wouldn't it be somethin' if she was listed as missing on here somewhere! L

IMO, the reason everyone keeps saying she looks familiar is because, (I think dont quote me) it was the pastors wife, that she looks familiar too (or possibly another case, but I think that is the one that is so similar)

I agree the weight may be off, but even back in the day when I was that weight, my face was thin, so its hard to tell...why haven't they posted a pic of the tatoo yet? so that if a family is not looking for her, she might still be identified by someone else. I watched the news video, and I really think she should be a recent missing person (though most likely not reported missing if we can't find her) but my potential match is from 2001, but she still looks alot alike, which really surprised me...she does look like the pastors wife too though,lol

What if she got the tattoo after going missing? I've tried searching for her features, tattoo, height.. but what if the family and friends who are looking don't know she has a tattoo. Even if they hear about this woman on the news, if there's no photo shown of her face all over the place, they may not put it together.

They need to get someone who's a tattoo artist in there to look at her back. Maybe they can give a name to the style or something, more so than black floral design. If we knew what type of flower, that'd help. She may have had a myspace and bragged about her new tattoo, knowing more details on the tattoo would sure help.

Gosh, maybe she was on TV or something!?!? It seems like we all seem to recognize her. I sent the pic to my sister who lives in Dallas and has connections to Parkland. I'll see if she thinks the woman looks familiar to her (she doesn't look regularly at photos of the missing/UID) or if she can find out anything else.

I searched the Myspace blog entries for black floral tattoo, black flower tattoo, tossed in the word width, the phrase lower back, but none that point to her that I saw.

I have another thought.. what if she's one of the missing from Katrina, her memory of an airport .. maybe she's been in shock this whole time?

It's been more than a month since a young woman with light brown hair and silver-frame glasses was found lying on the ground in a Dallas neighborhood.

Passersby found the woman who was disoriented but otherwise uninjured July 18.
An ambulance took her to Parkland Hospital where a mystery started to unfold. The woman was in good health but there was something wrong.

She couldn't tell doctors her name or where she lived or anything that would help them identify her.


Even though she was found in Dallas, there are clues that she may not be from the South.

"She said she has a memory of snow,” McKeown said.


And her voice betrays no accent that would point to the South although one of her only promising memories is that she recalls driving through Louisiana and possibly going to the airport in New Orleans.

She also remembers being in a white, 4-door car.


Investigators said she is well-spoken and apparently well-educated.

Acouple of random thoughts here...

First, I want to report my match, it seems very very close appearance wise, however, dates make it questionable, any thoughts?

Secondly, wasn't there some horrific airport delays where it was hot and long (in texas) and people were falling ill on planes that they had to wait in recently, then they were shuttled out of the planes and airports eventually? Could this have been around the same time this woman appeared at an airport?????Help on news reports, does anyone remember this recently? This could trigger the amnesia....or whatever is happening here

Thirdly, In my very humble opinion, Christine, to me, she looks to be physically different in the face...mouth and nose specifically, but just an opinion

I am looking back for your match, and YES, I will call and submit all possible matches and also point detectives here so they can watch the work and see if they see something we don't! As soon as I find yoru potential match I will give them a ring
