I don't know about you guys but that's the first I've heard of a dark SUV seen leaving the parking lot. I heard someone say a small silver sedan (not the Altima) - but nothing about a darker/larger vehicle.

I'm not minimizing anything - the man was not charged because it was PROVEN to not be his.

Do you have legal documents that prove these charges have been dropped or is that something you’ve been told?

Note that he was arrested the night that Missy was "murdered".

Respectfully, I’ve seen the pictures you’re referring to and myself along with most people have a very hard time seeing anything in those pics but blur and blobs. They’re zoomed in pics of grainy surveillance that’s been filtered by secondary sources. They are not photos that came from the police or media.

This. Individual frames of a video are worthless. Shadows and reflections and artifacts trick the brain into seeing something. The problem is, if it's really there in one frame that is 1/24th of a second, it should be in subsequent frames too.

I got a call from Brandon in early May, 2017 telling me that they had someone in custody but it turned out to be "not true" (meaning he's not the killer). It's amazing to me how similar these two stories are - according to him, this guy was arrested based off of an anonymous tip. They searched his home - he is a convicted felon and was in possession of tactical gear which is unlawful in the state of Texas (if you're a convicted felon).

At this point (beginning of May), this man had already been held for 9 days but - according to ECSO, they held him for >70 days as well and released him right up on that 90 day cutoff.

The best part? The guy was sitting in Huntsville prison at the time of Missy's "murder" (Jan-Aug 2016).

The strange part? His parole officer was not showing any record of this man even being arrested (8 months after the fact).

I'm sorry - that is correct - 3 days before but it was not released in the media until Monday evening. Sorry 'bout that.

If you know and are in touch with Brandon, why don't you apply to become a verified insider? We would love a VI on this case.

Also do you mind if I ask why you keep putting murder in quotes? Do you not think that Missy was killed?

I have been reading all of the posts, and I am still firmly in the targeted camp. I just can't wrap my head about the casual B&E suspect suddenly becoming a violent killer. For a person who is basically strolling though an empty church, why would he decide to up the ante by killing a person who happens to interrupt his stroll? Since he was dressed in SWAT gear, why wouldn't he tell Missy that he was just checking out the building, especially if he aspires to be actual LE? Why wouldn't he flee when he heard Missy in the building? Given everything else that looks premeditated to me (car parked behind the building; struggling to pry off the handle in the back of the church when SP could have easily broken the glass and entered under the awning; only damage in the north and east hallways when MB entered and was found deceased in the SW corner; MB was seen walking toward the suspect's location.. this was the last time both of them were caught on camera (sounds like an ambush to me); murder was not caught on camera; multiple puncture wounds to head and chest... and so on). While I can overlook a few of the above things as coincidental, it's hard for me to ignore everything in its entirety. If I then have to add to that list that MB and SP ran into each other by accident in a place where SP could not discreetly flee, it's just too much for me to accept. If this turns out to be a wrong place and wrong time murder, I will be shocked.

Here's some Wild Speculation on my part:

We know that LE has stated that only this particular subject (SP) is seen on video. We also know that LE stated the murder does not appear on video and SP is not seen leaving the premises.

I've noticed that many of you (me too) get a certain "feel" about the SP and his behavior/movements on camera. Nonchalant, strolling, meandering, casual, killing time, "puttering" around. And I agree. The way he slides his fingers down the wall when walking even suggests a playful demeanor.

What if SP is really just a decoy, a distraction from the actual murder itself? Maybe his job was to provide compelling visual evidence that sends us down the wrong rabbit hole. Or maybe his job was to make sure MB was in a certain area so the crime could be committed off camera.

Think about it, what better way to confuse the situation and get LE chasing red herrings? I mentioned it in an earlier thread, and its possible I'm missing an important factor, or just not reading carefully, but. . .

If SP can exit off-camera, couldn't someone else enter off-camera? And could that someone else possibly be the one who attacked MB?

Occam's Beard. Not only can we not reach consensus on anything about the one perp that we do see, let's add another unseen perp into the mix.

Occam’s beard...I feel like there are so many theories, twists and turns, ups and downs in this case that there is something in front of our faces that we are missing because there’s information about too many people that are associated with MB . Our vision is clouded by too much critical thinking, does that make sense? While there is a A LOT of information there is a also a serious lack of information about the actual crime besides a video I’ve watched so many times I’ve memorized it, a timeline that is cut and dry, and another video at SWFA. Maybe I’m just rambling.

Hi there - what is a VI?

As for why I keep doing this "murder" - it's because when we went back to map the first 24 hours after Missy was killed, we got 4 different versions of who found her and where (inside vs. outside) and these 4 individuals are very close to Missy and/or the investigation (one of which was even on the POI list and this individual's statement about where her body was found completely contradicted what was released by MPD).

I feel strongly in my heart that everyone should be looking at all possibilities at this point - not just the targeted vs. not targeted. Because if we research the history and evolution of the police - actually, the entire judicial system down in this area (and don't be afraid to get too close and ASK QUESTIONS - you'd be surprised at what people will tell you) you would be second-guessing your theory about this being ANY of the theories that have been entertained for going on two years.

Why people can't wrap their head around the fact that those videos were altered before MPD released them is shocking to me. And there is no investigative reason for deceiving the public with altered videos.
