Does anyone know how MB and CW knew each other? I can't find his FB anymore, but see his photos, background, and job description on his employer's FB and LinkedIn pages. He's a healthcare consultant for a small recruiting company and works pretty far away from Midlo so I assume he isn't one of MB's campers.

. He's also a professional MMA fighter and he trains in those circles. He's got a fight coming up soon in fact. From what I remember he lives pretty close to that area.

Wild thought, and maybe already discussed, but...could the perp have been damaging the church before Missy arrived just so they, appearing to be a POLICE officer, seemed to have a legit reason for being at the location?
As in, wait for Missy to walk in, confront her with, "Excuse me mam, we're investigating a break in here. I'll need you to come into this room here so as not to disturb evidence. Right this way..." Missy would likely be stunned and easily follow them into an area where she could be attacked. In this scenario the perp wouldn't even know they were on camera, until perhaps it occurred to them when maybe Missy said, "Did you check the video from the security cameras?"
It would also explain their lackadaisical meandering and light-handed blows to the wall. They just needed for her to see damage and be caught off guard. IDK. MOO.

Yeah we've all discussed that before on here. Another reason is to make it look like a burglary if it was a personal attack or a hit which its looking like it was one of the two.

I don't understand why someone who was there to kill someone else would wear all that clunky gear, go there with no gun and possibly wear shoes that are too big. All to subdue a very fit target. It seems dicey / would impair killer. Not saying it didn't happen that way but it just seems unecessarily difficult. Curious what others think. (Note I understand gear may have been for protection / disguise but it just seems so cumbersome). All above jmo

i think she may actually have also been shot. Some insider was talking on a radio show the other day and mentioned that. And that gear wouldn't be clunky at all to people who wear it a lot like fitness self defense guys or guys who are trained fighters etc. it's their everyday gear. She may have been shot first as the initial kill then later bludgeoned about the face head and chest out of jealousy, rage, anger, and/or to ensure she's 'shut up for good' and also to ensure she's actually dead.

It'd be hard to do without a point of reference in that picture (eg. A standard door built to TX building code, a person standing nearby of know height, etc.).

Cops know exactly how tall the perp is. They have the door. They measure it. They estimate perps height. Simple math.

Ok so say the person with the broken foot did do this... You know their spouse would know. Why wouldn't the spouse turn her in to police? Wouldn't he be scared for not only himself but his kids?

I honestly never noticed anything odd about the foot or leg. Did you guys? Maybe it's just the shoes are too big or something. The perp appears to walk normally to me though.

Me too. Especially since I read that as a rumor a couple weeks ago. I still believe it's true.

Yeah would explain no one else hearing or seeing anything, and the expediency with which the crime was carried out. Also if someone is going in specifically to kill someone and make certain they are dead in a very short timeframe they aren't going to just rely on stabbing or bludegoning them, way too much can go wrong especially when victim is so strong and fit.

Yeah, but no one wants to believe their spouse would do that. Think about if someone told you your spouse had murdered someone. I know if someone told me that, I would never believe it, because I know he is an amazing person, respectful to everyone, etc. But isn't that how everyone feels about their own spouse? Plus I know my spouse would never do that. Haha.

Yeah, stupid, naive people, which most people are IMO. No offense to anyone, but the truth is anyone is capable of anything including the most evil deeds. Unfortunately most women think as you are describing about their own spouse, men too "my spouse is so sweet, good, etc, would never hurt anyone much less kill, would never cheat on me, all he/she cares about are the kids, job, sports, and hobbies, etc etc etc. We all know this is not true about anyone, but for some reason few people can ever accept it about their own spouse. That's why so many end up shocked, cheated on, duped, and some even dead.

I can't find any links for the outdoors/gun store cameras picking anything up and from looking at Google Maps it looks like the store is probably too far away/too obstructed to get any good footage of the church's parking lot. I guess they were just looking for cars driving by in the timeframe.

Maybe too far away to see church parking lot but it may have picked up the cars that passed by to and from the church.

We can't link to Facebook pages of people not named as poi or suspects. But if you find her Facebook it's right there near the top, it's actually posted twice in a row. I logged out of facebook on both my phone and laptop and could see it just fine from both devices.

I agree! I also think the bullet might have been removed and taken by the perp. Then the gun shot wound disguised by bludgeoning to give more creedence to the random attack during burglary vs. a planned murder.

I agree. But here's where I'm having a hard time with the "it's a woman" theory... How does someone "waddling" with a bad foot, wearing too big shoes or boots, bulky "swat" gear that swings a hammer "like a girl" end up being an efficient killer, effectively overpowering a very physically fit MB in a short amount of time? *shrugs*

Maybe from being somewhat trained in fighting/self defense, etc. "Self defense" techniques could easily be used as "offense" techniques. If we knew the details of the autopsy those questions may be easily answered. Just because she was found with the particular injuries she had doesn't mean that that's the "cause of death". From what I recall reading from LE, she was "found with those injuries"; unless they have specifically said otherwise. If she was knocked unconscious first then obviously it made things easier for the perp. The SWAT get up, in my opinion says the perp prepared for the victim to be able to put up a good fight along with protecting his/her dna from being under fingernails, etc. This where trace evidence could be handy..fibers, etc. if the SWAT get up could be found (surely they've looked in nearby creeks, side of roads etc for it to have been dumped). An autopsy could show at what angle the puncture wounds were made as well. If face and chest were injured as reported, the perp could've been not much taller than MB if she was standing up when attacked to this degree. I'm kind of rambling on here LOL; but just sharing some other thoughts I've had all along. Regardless, this SWATshe/he is a narcissistic insecure being who attempts to come off as successful and confident but is truly quite the opposite in my opinion. I also think that's why calmness APPEARS to be the case while moving along the hallways of the church, dragging fingers across the wall as if they are feeling untouchable and smarter than the one's that were going to be investigating this case and about to relieve themselves from the fight deep inside their own dark arrogant soul.

AJ Tucker started a 3 week/3 part self defense last Sunday. He just announced on his FB page that he's canceling the series, which means today and next Sunday. Gave "Mother's Day" as a reason. Hmmm. Also wished a Mother's Day greeting to "all moms." Very generic greeting, no mention of the mother of his children.
