Maybe someone who believes their spouse was having an affair with MB. Someone who's spouse owns similar tactical or self defense training gear.
Just throwing the thought out there.

I would think they'd have done something to cover up their very obviously caucasian skin, in that case.

Will there be a next victim?

That would only be if a close family member were her killer, I suppose.

But that's not the only form of targeted hit. Targeted hit could mean she was killed for something she knew and maybe was going to tell someone about.

Since LE believes some of the general public may now also be at risk (see last search warrant), that would seem to support that Missy was killed for what she knew (something incriminating that others might also know, now), not for who she was flirting with.

Think about it...if this were simply a murder based on a love triangle, (or even a life insurance hit), who else would be at risk in the "general public" now that the unwanted third party was gone? And why would all the various federal agencies be involved almost from the start?

The only thing I see off with some things we've said on WS is assuming KC & MC are great friends of the family. From my sources, they might be acquaintances from their children, but to assume their close friends is not correct, IMO. I'm not saying they have anything to do with Missy's murder whatsoever, I just wanted to note that information.

SBM

I have been wondering about them too. Mainly because when I looked, neither were friends on FB with MB or BB. Not that they didn't unfriend at some point but I said earlier on, I figured at least the moms would be friends. Made me wonder more if something "more" had happened between the couples. Now, if they were at her camp that AM, then doubt that. But nothing much has really been said here about them. They just kind of fell off the radar which I thought was interesting.

Yes, your phone would be the hardware needed, and it would provide the internet connection. You would still need an app, and it would use up your data really fast. I don’t even no why someone would use a GoPro. It’ would be easier to just stream the video from the phone.

GoPro can also live steam from a tablet connected to WiFi. Swatperp would have to have a wifi connection inside the church.

I wonder if the church has an unlocked wifi connection for public use? I bet they do. Even McDonalds has it. It might be one reason they brought in StingRay. It can identify each unit that accessed their wifi.

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=live+stream+gopro+using+tablet link to tutorial videos on how it's done.

NG is suggesting she has been told there was cleanup after the killing. Have we heard this before?

I asked this yesterday when the debate over the timeframe was going on and got no response. So, I will ask again.

In the talk BB and RB had with the reporters in front of the dry cleaners, RB insists he dropped off two shirts with blood on them! The reporters jumped on that like crazy! BB excused himself and went inside, leaving RB to fend for himself. Someone showed the receipt and it is marked with only one shirt with blood.

The reporters then start firing questions about the dog. Now they want to see pictures of it. RB was a bit taken back with how to answer this and said "we'll see". Odd answer for a beloved pet that died recently in a dog fight.

Did RB slip up ion answering he brought two shirts in when from has been acknowledged by LE, the dry cleaners and the receipt, there was only one?

Come to think of it, when did this dog fight occur? RB and wife had been to CA. Did dog go with them? Did dog fight occur when they got back and the same day Missy was murdered? Perhaps LE needs to check into the story on the dog fight and the dog dying?

Thoughts and comments on the one shirt actually taken and now RB insists there were 2? This just doesn't match up IMO.

Dry cleaning receipt shows 4 shirts were brought in, total $15.00. RB did say there were 2 shirts w blood, but SW only states one was taken.

I believe the dog fight did happen. Would be too stupid to make that up and not be able to verify it with the vet.

Yes, Texas is Central Daylight Time.

IMO just because certain self defense gear isn't shown in someone's picture doesn't mean that the items shown in the picture are the ONLY gear owned. There could be boxes of old or unused tactical/self defense training items at someone's house. Especially if the owner decides it's not the quality or style that's most effective to teach a class but doesn't want to discard items that they could use in a future class or even for Halloween or just because they feel it's wasteful to get rid of it after they purchased it. "Surveillance video recorded inside the church shows a person, dressed in black gear with police markings, using a tool to pry open doors to enter the building shortly before Bevers entered."
Quote taken from the link SpanishInquisition shared- if these are motion activated inside camerashow would they have this footage. I'm looking forward to more info that I strongly believe LE has. That outside camera info. will be telling.

I agree. Plus, the length of the stride seems like a man.

The ONLY place that the perp might KIND of resemble a woman to me is when he rounds the corner after trying to pry open that one door. I think he slowed a bit while looking at the door to his left as if pondering whether to try that door or room next, but then veers away to round the corner. I think we are seeing awkward stepping or "swaying" due to looking off to his left while moving to his right. In other words, he's a little off balance b/c he changed his mind as to direction at the last second. JMO

Yep, I think the whole shirt thing is a non-starter. And I feel bad for the poor dog and its owners, that would be horrible.

He actually took 4 shirts into the dry cleaners. 3 were men shirts and 1 was a white XXL woman's shirt. The warrant for the one shirt that was seized can be found on Page 1 of this thread. Here is the little dog that lost his life, may he rest in peace:

In addition, a top law enforcement official told CBS11 authorities are leaning towards believing the blood came from an animal.

He dropped off 4 shirts total. 1 women's shirt was seized. It's in the SW.

What if they weren't staging a robbery at all? What if they were making sure Missy couldn't get away? They broke glass in windows of doors that could be locked. They opened every door they could easily so that if Missy ran and closed a door they would know which room she was in. When they could not easily pry open the one locked door, they walked on. Perhaps this was not meant to look like a robbery. Perhaps this was a trap set to catch Missy and terrorize her before she was killed.

I think the above is so interesting. If we could figure out what the killer was doing with all those doors, I think we would have a much better sense of the case. These are the reasons I can think of for opening all those doors / breaking things. Please chime in with others:
1. As mentioned above, removing ways for MB to escape or hide
2. Staging a robbery
3. Looking for something - perhaps the area with the fitness equipment or a weapon like a kitchen knife
4. Making sure no one else was in the building
5. Bored, waiting without a phone (possibly), killing time
6. Looking for something to steal
7. Trying to get a sense of the building and where to confront MB (perhaps not able to break into the door killer knew she would open with her key)

Other ideas?

All above JMO

There does seem to be a lot of meth in Ellis County as there has been some major drug busts there like this one:

If this case gets solved, I think that is the way it will happen. With months of investigators, poring through cell phone data. If this case was easy to solve, the police would have already arrested a suspect.
Criminal Minds, CSI, Law & Order. I've watched them all. The crime, the investigation, dna results, cell phone data, arrest and trial, all dealt with in less than an hour. Boom boom boom.
If only!

Google shows Midlothian as CDT. Central daylight time. ???

I guess that would be due to daylight savings as I'm in the area we just say central time.

Teresa Sievers. I'll give the cliffs notes just in case you aren't familiar with the case. If you are, ignore.
Husband away with their children. Came home alone to two men hired by her husband to kill her, and they were not particularly quick and precise. They killed her with a hammer and she had multiple injuries.

How convenient that the whole family was gone. Just like someone else we know! I was thinking earlier, after someone said here on WS that they think that the kids had school holiday, that that was convenient, too. If the children had school, and MB never made it home, they may have overslept or been late to school. (I know that the older girl was 15, but do we know for sure if the routine was for her to get the younger ones ready?) If MB was done with her class by 6 AM and back home by 6:30 or so, that was enough time to wake up the younger ones to get ready, while the older one could have slept in. Murdering MB on a school day would mess with that day. Also, a holiday was convenient b/c they were home for when family started inevitably coming over the house after hearing the news, AND the girls would not have to be further traumatized by being pulled out of class to hear the news from the school nurse and administrators rather than family.

Too many convenient coincidences for my taste. IMO
