I would think that at would forgive his wife and stay committed to their marriage. ct posted he is her man and I read but did not see that at posted that ct is love of his life. ct wont leave her I think. I think hell stay in love with her no matter what. I think at looks like a completely committed person and he would not leave over anything not ever. I think he is the sort who will remain true to his wife for always. I think the way he would see it is that she just got a little steamed and went off the deep end but shes not normally like that. I saw the cake video and it looked to me like she had baked that pink cake herself and she had her kitchen cleaned up absolutely perfectly. Everything was absolutely perfect, perfect kitchen, perfect kitchen table, perfect - - -

I'm not sure why having a clean kitchen is bad. If it had been messy, people would have pointed to THAT as "evidence" that she was the murderer, too.

I saw a video on CT's fb of AT running alongside one of their boys who was learning to ride his bike. AT's stride is straight on and strong, his feet land facing forward and there is no foot flaying. He is not SWATPERP. IMHO.

Combine this video with the few video shots we have of the face; SWATPERP appears to be Caucasian. I think we can rule AT out as SWATPERP.

As for an affair between MB and AT, I think it may be more a matter of perception than reality. People jump to conclusions faster than the speed of light.

It is comforting to know that LE has a more detailed description of SWATPERP now, especially since this information has no doubt made SWATPERP very anxious and the post murder and post announcement behavior has been and will be noticed by family and friends.

Someone has to have recognized that walk and the bits and pieces of that costume and I find it hard to believe that they haven't come forward already. LE is following up all leads because, at trial, the defense will hammer them on leads that were not acted upon to try to prove reasonable doubt.

I think they know who SWATPERP is and it is simply a matter of time before the DA is certain that the evidence is sufficient for a conviction.

Respectfully, we don't know a ding dong thing about him, her or their relationship. We've speculated, conjectured, guessed, hypothesized and projected our own experiences, but we don't know.

A murderer, especially with children, who murdered someone, anyone, did so knowing the possibilities of what could happen. They know they may get caught and go to jail. What would that do to their children? What would that do their spouse, their own parents? Unless that murderer is a psychopath, they have a conscience and feel guilt. THAT will have a negative effect on their family, not just themselves because it flows out.

The innocent spouse would be obligated to continue to make a good life for their children. That might include dating and marrying again. The innocent spouse deserves to live a life as normally as possible. What good does it do anyone to continue to live their lives as if the other parent was on an extended vacation.

If my spouse took the life of another person out of spite or jealousy (anything other than self-defense or saving another innocent person) I'd be (possibly) sad for them that they felt that was the only way to cope with their pain, but I'd be ANGRY above all else for doing anything to wreck my children's life and my life. Forever known as the family of the selfish jerk who murdered a mother and ruined another innocent family.

I almost feel like this was a set-up, not talking about the murder.

They had known each other for much longer but just did CG stuff for a short time. In the fitness world in this area everyone knows everybody. They've known each other for at at least a year or two. You can look on her FB pics and videos to see it.

Thanks, that's what I assumed from what I've read here. I haven't sleuthed FB pics much, but everyone here said that Missy had known AT for about 2 years or so. I also figured that the fitness types in Midlothian would more or less know each other even if they didn't work together closely.

This sounds like a recipe for a lynch mob in certain cases.

It's not really any different to being named a POI (or not, in this case, I'd say lynch mob applies pretty well to some of the FB posts I've read, despite them not even being named as anything!), being arrested is not as big a deal as it is in America. Many times there's an arrest but we can't get too excited about it because the person gets bailed or whatever. But it gives LE chance to get things properly searched to try and get evidence. And right now I'd be very happy for certains homes and vehicles to get a thorough going over.

There have been a couple references to mb family member helping her with class or set up sometimes, and that this person had a negative impression of ct early on, maybe from something she witnessed

This tidbit is the first thing I've seen that makes any sense why they'd be looking at CT.

Three basics keep coming back to haunt me.

1. Who has the ability to act?
2. Who has the inclination to act?
3.. Who has the opportunity to act?

IMO this is not the actions of a person in psychosis. From my experience, psychotics are usually highly focused individuals and unlikely to perform the reckless actions caught on camera.

There may have been more than one person she flirted with on Linked In, but the SW specifically only named CW and I haven't seen info anywhere else that she had any communication with AJT on there at all. I can't actually find info anywhere of ANY connection they had other than the fitness community, and she obviously had hundreds of connections there. I haven't seen or heard, anywhere, info on WHY it was ever a rumor in the first place that they were having an affair.

They were both in Austin for the CG event, but so were hundreds of others. There's no reason to think they drove there together. I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere.

I looked at CW's FB page, but haven't sleuthed him other than that. From the SW I got the impression that she and CW had never met in real life, just had a flirtation of some kind online. Again, no info I've found anywhere indicates any reason to believe he's involved.

The crazy thing is no one is accusing HIS spouse of being the murderer when there's more reason to believe she'd be angry than CT.

Exactly. Earlier today, someone was talking about that politician who was having an affair with Chandra Levy (Gary Condit, I think?). They said that he deserved the scrutiny; that he SHOULD have been looked at as the probably murderer b/c he was cheating on his wife. But then why is th ere a double standard here with CW? Police have said that their messages were INTIMATE - sorry, but I don't believe for one second that anyone on this site who caught their own spouse writing INTIMATE things for three months with someone would laugh it off as innocent.

CW is the one having a months long INTIMATE relationship with MB, but CT is the only one under the microscope? That's beyond bizarre, to me. Especially considering a female is, statistically speaking, FAR, FAR more likely to be killed by a male that she has been intimate with than by another woman.

I posted a map in Thread 14 (pg26) and Thread 13 (p44) of the large Soil Conservation Service Site 2a Reservoir just north of the church. I'm entertaining the theory that Swatperp ran from this end of the church into the darkness, tossed helmet and swat clothes into large trash bag (folded up in pocket or chest pack), weighted the bag down with some rocks or the like and tossed it into the reservoir. Then continued "jogging" in jogging clothes to his morning destination, showering there.

Running two miles in total darkness, in the rain and mud, across open fields, through woods, across at least four private properties with fences, coming close to several homes, that might have dogs? After he dumped the SWAT gear in the reservoir, where would he have continued jogging to?
