Alfred Oneal Simpson, 67, and Tarra Dametria Mayes, 46, were found deceased, their bodies inside an exterior shed of a Kalamazoo, Mich., home on Aug. 22, 2023, the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said in a statement this week.

Rajai Keyontae Brown, 44, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 11, per Kalamazoo police.

The remains were found by a man who had just purchased the property, per police. A probable cause statement said the man was renovating his new home when he found the bodies, News 3 Channel reported.

So, who previously owned the property? Did that owner never go into the shed? Was the property previously abandon?
