I've been curious about K(B)S whereabouts, too. I'm hoping the weird comments by the B family are caused by emotional distress and being in the spotlight.

I also wonder why she wasn't on the list of phone numbers being investigated, as she was called and involved very soon after Missy was found. And if my information is correct, she lives within minutes of the church building.

We only saw the AT&T search warrant, it's very possible there were warrants for other cell companies that weren't released.

Nagging question: Since the perpetrater is wearing,what appears to be full Police Swat gear, is there anyone in a position of authority who calls for an accounting of and inspection of every officers issued Swat gear?

The radio reporter said she thinks this is a smart woman and this smart woman would not leave the helmet behind with hair and dna. I think what the reporter meant was most like for evidence in the murder trial they may be able to get receipt for instance that at and ct or ct or at bought some helmets like the one that shows on video.

Whomever the helmet belonged to it could of been lost in the getaway,

I do wonder if LE has looked at nearby bodies of water.

It's very labor-intensive and costly to search bodies of water, and there would be no way to guess which one. If I were LE, I would wait until I had a suspect in custody and see if I could get a confession and Intel on which body of water, if any.

We have all the equipment, but no one has used it 6-7 years. It's been hanging out in the basement. I think some may have it that you wouldn't even think about. I'm curious now what our headgear looks like..

Looking at MB various FB pages, she had a couple businesses. In late 2014 she posted on that gym fb that starting her own boot camp workouts .. Maybe she just had so much other exercise/work outs going on that she didnt have the time or need. Or she may have started going to another gym. or ... who knows maybe she had a lot going on JMHO

I wish Midlo police could turn a bit British for a day. Here they can arrest "on suspicion of" so don't need to tick box all the "probable cause" stuff. Obviously the downside is sometimes innocent people get named in the media (though this has changed slightly since the Yeates case) but it also means the police can get search warrants more quickly and easily than they can in the US.

*I'm not saying our way is better, pros and cons, there are many negatives to it. But for this case it'd just be nice, for today, if they could zip in and arrest/question everyone we've discussed (and others!) and put a bit of official pressure on them, search their homes and vehicles for evidence etc..

No offense, but I do believe that the freedom to not be arrested without cause is a wonderful thing.

Why would he run when he had his car with him (LE has already said they saw his car on video)?

Just listened to Tricia's radio broadcast with Tamara Jolee....Just a couple of the important tidbits - CT was already being closely looked at by day 3 - someone very close to MB felt very uneasy about her (no explanation as to why was given.) MB rec'd the creepy Linkedin message just *before* she left for Austin on the trip that AT also took. (Per AT FB post he left for Austin on the afternoon of 4/14/16.)

I just listened to Tricia's radio show. Locals think the police are looking at a person with a broken foot. Is it possible there is someone other than Mrs T that has a broken foot? Maybe a foot that is currently broken? Could have been injured during The crime.

Respectfully BBM. 1) I can not tell if the Suspect is a male or female. 2) Do you have a link stating that LEO possibly focusing on CT? Has CT been named as a Suspect by LEO? LEO will be focusing on who they have evidence and that will be their reason why. JMHO

I doubt there is. Plus I think some LEOs have expressed doubt that he was wearing police issued SWAT gear.

Any idea how deep this soil conservation lake is? Some of these reservoirs are not nearly full and may only be 8 ft deep in the center. So whether or not the perp could have made disposal there depends on how full that reservoir is.

The Soil Conservation Site 2a Reservoir just north of the church is the biggest in the area (includes a dam), and with all the rain TX has had this spring, TX reservoirs are registering over 85% full (see chart at link), which is the highest they've been in 2 years.

Possibly, but in the same broadcast Tamera actually referred to her as CT so from that it's very clear who she was talking about, from her sources at least. Without any LE confirmation it's all still taken with a grain of salt.

They will when they have all their Facts and Evidence in line. Not until. Its still an ongoing investigation. Once an arrest is made, that clears everyone except the alleged suspect. And then we get into the whole " Innocent until PROVEN Guilty'. So they are working have to give the Pros the evidence to prove Charges. AND A DP case (if it ends up being) has to has to be strong evidence and certain criteria iirc. JMHO

I was responding to another post. I personally believe he had a vehicle some where very near by. Trying to get away from a crime scene in the middle of no where without a motor vehicle, would be extremely risky, and unlikely to succeed.

Just putting this out here... Could it be someone that was coming to her class and they got there early, Got into their gear...
walked around waiting for her to arrive. When she did that is when they came out and attacked her. Perhaps they had taken
pictures of themselves with her body, or a video. Sick to say the least. Then they left her there and went to change back into
normal wear or perhaps workout gear. They would have a bag so no one would have thought anything of it. Of course they would
have to of stashed it in their vehicle. Maybe this theory is very far fetched... especially since police would have been all over the place.
They say often the perp will return to the scene. If it was someone in the class then no one would have thought much about them
lingering around. ALL this is just out of my mind and I am certain doesn't make the most sense. MOO
