I think it is odd that the outdoor church cameras were not working at the time the Killer walked in, or drove in. I just wonder if he/she knew about the cameras malfunctioning.

The very first time I saw the Swat-Perp on video, before I even knew anything about this case, I said to myself....that killer is a woman. However, "she" doesn't look extremely strong to me.

Missy wasn't in the gym the last few weeks or feeling herself lately, got a creepy msg from someone she didn't know ( still think the perp used a fake profile to scare her)...

the perp was infatuated with her and she rejected him which would explain the above things we knew from LE and their interviews....

who was the perp? a fellow gym member or some one she met at a fitness conference....this murder was personal because she was stalked

You know what I cannot figure out in the gym situation? Surely if someone was bothering her there, and if that was the reason she had not been there in a few weeks and was not herself, other people there had to have seen it. I wonder if LE has interviewed the owner?

Midlothian Police Department investigators are no longer actively considering several individuals that were once considered people of interest early in Terri “Missy” Bevers murder investigation, Assistant Police Chief Kevin Johnson said Friday.

“I want to remind people Missy was a loving daughter, mother and wife,” Johnson said. “She has three daughters who will have to sift through all of this later.”

I don't see a front plate. Only the sticker looking thing. TX veh have a front and rear plate. But in Arkansas for instance we only have the rear plate. Possible could have been someone traveling through and due to the storm pulled over. I know I have traveled 35E many times and pulled off for gas/potty break at Midlothian. But where I stop its off then right back on.

I'm in Texas and have never run a front plate. I'd say it's 50/50 for my area.

First time to post, sorry in advance for any errors. I haven't been able to read through all information but haven't seen this talked about in anything I have had a chance to read. On the extended video of SWATPERP released by MPD about the 1:51 mark, SWATPERP enters narrow hallway where we see them approach a door(?) & begins breaking the glass with hammer(?) in right hand, SWATPERP also has an object in left hand, has it been determined what that object is?

The car was seen by SWFA cameras entering the south west part of the lot.
I took that to mean the creek side church lot.

Someone with better direction skills than me will have to give directions but there are only one drive for both SWFA and CoC. ** ETA but there is lots of diff parking area This has to be the veh that was mentioned earlier. They said they couldn't make a tag out. If they could on this one they wouldn't be showing it. I was thinking it was going to be less of a picture than this. To me it looks like the car is leaving parking lot here. * thinking what someone earlier thought was a wall, is Hwy 287 or the grassy median in the dark with headlights shining on it in rain. Maybe this is a known now and I am behind (again) Here is the parking lot and looking towards CoC.

*JMHO, again I think they knew when MB truck turned into the CoC drive from looking at the SWFA video a few min prior to her walking into the church.

I'm confident that they have. I also think that reporters have skewed Garcias statement about Missy not being herself......I think that he meant that it was very UNLIKE her to not be at the gym practically every day. They took it to mean that he thought that she was troubled about something. But if he hadn't seen her for a week or two,I doubt that she called him to tell him why she hadn't been there. There are lots of reasons that she may have curtailed her gym visits. JMO

RSBM. I also think that's what it is, Hwy 287. Looking at the second street view screenshot, we can see the parking lot is a few feet below the level of the highway, and the parking lot entrance is at a slope.

A pro hit. Rents a car, knows the outside church cams don't work, a disguise that makes height fluccuate, kills time, kills victim, burner phone, escape with minutes to spare

Or.....luckiest killer ever.

If I was going to hire a hit person, I'd be more comfortable with someone a little bigger and bulkier than 5'2"...but on the other hand, if this is a random burglary, how would the perp know that Missy was there for a class and that others were expected to arrive shortly? Perp didn't even take her purse, iPad, etc. If this was a thrill killing, I can only hope that the killer would be bragging about it at some point.

IMO, it's time to push that reward account on up closer to 100k. Someone knows something, and money will get those lips moving.
I had a feeling there wasn't much evidence when the PD was asking the perp to "confide" in someone.

Since the SP may be 5'2", that makes one speculate whether this is a minor who was influenced by an adult. Again, we really don't know - SP height has ranged from 6 feet to 5'2"!?

I think the release of the description of this car is key. LE responded to a comment on their FB page, saying "that is correct" to a poster who pointed out that LE has probably already tried to find this car on their own before asking for help. It's gotta be important for them to open up themselves to even MORE tips that could end up wasting 30 or 40 hours. There are a lot of Altimas out there, after all!

So, if all of the vehicles of all of the targets have been looked at and not matched, we just might be able to conclude none of them were the actual murderer.

Besides a spouse, who else might be inclined to hire a hit? And where would you find a hit man?

I think a gym is a good place to find a hit man. Lots of different kinds of people go to gyms, and I know I'm stereotyping, but a gym that is open all night might be a good place to find an unsavory character on off hours. I hope all local gyms that people associated with Missy go to have been thoroughly investigated through questioning, stakeouts, and if video is still available, by viewing video to see who was seen talking to whom.

I do think the revised height estimate is making me reconsider the possibility that the perp could be a teen. Which I would hate for so many reasons.

Too late, it already is. IMO how many cars linked to MB in any way are the right Make and Model with a bumper sticker located below the license plate.

I hope that the press conference was for a few reasons.

1. Try to find this car and who was driving it that night.
2. Inform the public the estimated height of the Perp.
3. Inform the public that the perp had lighter skin.

This would cause us and the FBers to leave BB, FIL, AT, and others alone. Also it may tighten the screws on the perp if their description did not exclude them.
