I have found it shocking that Missy's In-laws were so eager to publicly announce that she had been having an affair, they could have privately told the police that, but no they told the media, why do that knowing that your granddaughters are going to hear this and that it would cause more pain. I find the Bevers family to be very cold, those poor girls!! I think they were trying to take the focus off of themselves and make us think it was her lover who did it. Since they knew that Missy had an affair then surely they knew who it was with!!!

Just so others can see if they hadn't already, here is a cut from an enlargement of a frame from the time stamped video MPD released.

At the right of the vestibule at the end what is being seen is the front of the golf cart like vehicle. However, if you look at it and especially the above the brighter portions of it you could easily think you are seeing a vehicle (based on apparent height, a car) from the side. But that wouldn't be the case, it is the golf cart like vehicle instead.

As posted before, the golf cart:

I don't remember if LE verified it, but the media mentioned it few times in the beginning.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/new-video-timeline-released-in-terri-bevers-death-at-texas-church/

And this transcript from Nancy Grace:

http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1605/11/ng.01.html

While a comment from anyone who knew MB pretty well is relevant and interesting to note, I wonder if this Garcia has gotten way too much focus by us and the media. He is the only one who has gone on record publicly saying that MB was acting differently.

Oh okay I see! Yes and that is very true

Somthing else thats a real eye opener. Google police in swat gear, or police in tactical gear, and although they are stills, every picture looks like their feet are pointing out. I posted early on that my beliefe is that the straps around the suspacts legs are part of the cause of the funny walk, but I didn't just assume that. I was told that by a friend of mine in LE. He has spent a lot of time in that type of gear, and worked in a drug enforcement unit, that dressed out almost daily. He said it was kind of a running joke that its hard to look menacing witch believe it or not, that type of gear is purposfuly designed to do, when everyones walking like a duck. The above just goes to show how quickly I ID'ed a possible suspect that had nothng to do with it, and how easy it was to get tunnel vision when someone noticd that RB had a similar walk, because he was close to the victim. Immediatly everything surrounding him was suspect. It's like looking through a scope on a rifle, waiting on the perfect shot. All of a suddent thats the only deer in the woods. While your watching it, another deer could probably walk up and eat corn from your back pocket, and you would never notice it, even though it would be a much easier shot.

That was all I had seen.

Sorry, I may have mispoke. Not sure it was verified by LE. Just that there was no focus on this person by LE or anyone for that matter, and in watching him, it just seemed like he was a friend that was concerned prior to the murder, and that he thought it was unusual that she quit comming. By his own account.

Exactly!! On top of that, this is from the People Magazine article:

It helps them to hear that their dad "loved her no matter what," Tucker adds. "Whatever happened in the past, he still loved her."

Like WHY wouldn't she say that MB loved BB? Not just that BB loved her... JMO but I believe that she is the one trying to tarnish those memories, trying to get the girls on BBs side so if he ever is connected to her murder that they'll still believe their dad wasn't.. JMO but I believe that if she doesn't know if BB is involved or not but it doesn't matter cause a mother will always defend their child ESPECIALLY if they believe they are a part of it...

I think they thought the b&e scenario would save them and they wanted us all to believe it was gone wrong and away from a murderer POI.
I've always rejected B&E but thinking of how early comments in interviews seem scripted, reminds me of the early statements that BB was called by a friend who said there had been an "accident". I wonder if someone really said that or if it was part of the script.
Those who see commonalities in a B&E could be seeing just what was planned for us to see.

I agree, with your accessment of his comments on both sides of the coin. he's the only referance, but to me the creepy message and the timing coupled with his comments, is pretty strong. on the other hand..its the only source.

What about a Vespa? A friend of mine had an electric boat and you could sneak up on people on other docks. We would turn off the lights and you could pop up unannounced......... Those Vespas are pretty quiet.

What about some time of ATV or 4 Wheeler? Not really knowledgeable on those type of vehicles but I know those most be pretty popular in Texas since we have them here in California.. They go pretty fast, you could hide it where the golf cart was located? Also wouldn't the rain have washed away any evidence of how SP left? i.e footprints, tire tracks..

I keep looking at enlarged screen captures from the video....at 1.15 where the killer rounds that corner and you see the backside it appears there is a small tube going between the killer's legs down to the left leg. Could be photo distortion or our killer thought of everything! like an ankle catheter bag similar to this google photo.

Hey some have had the theory that the perp stayed in the church over night and if you think about it, that might make sense?

I applaud everyone's effort, and input. I think there is substance to a lot of what has been brought up here, and some where deep in all the throries and speculations, lies the truth.
When I started following this case, WS was my go to place after the LE commentary and any new news releases. For the 1st 2 months, I would venture to say that most of what was posted here was based in fact, or derived from fact. Asside from theories of corse, but the theories were in a tight grouping across the board and also were at that time speculations based mostly on what we know and could verify.

I dont do SM, FB or other. I read. I am inquisative by nature, and not one who is quick to jump to conclusions. I, as everyone else here, wish we had more information. Everything here has been an interesting read.

That being said. some of the theories as of late, are kinda all over the board, and it seems to be a lot of bickering over the last few days. There has also been page after page of someone or another pleading their case, on a theory, or going overboard in trying to convince others that they are correct. We will not all agree, and that is o.k. I don't discount anyones theory, nor do I necesarily agree with many of them. All of this being the case, MPO is that most often cases like this boil down to the simpelest of answers. That may not be the case here, but if you put it in context, the alternative sounds like a Pink Panther movie.

Case in point: In almost any combination, barring a couple of relavent bits of information, makes for a real novel.

MB was per the most accepted, or at least putforth theories here.
Targeted by a family member, possibly this person put a hit out on her, or had the job done by another family member. The parties involved, coordinated elaborite alabi's including haveing a customer of one of there employers pay for one of the trips. They used social media to help establish their alabi. The suspect, who because he/she walks a certain way, has been narrowed down to most likley 2 people, althouth one of them(not a family member) has kind of dropped out of the running latley. Dresses up in swat gear (CONFIRMED), Is either dropped off at the scene where his/her accomplice(possibly plural) waites outside with a walki talkie playing lookout.(hope this person knows how to keep their mouth shut), or they come through the woods on a dirtbike(where no evidence was left), or possibly, crept up on an electric vespa, that was possibly brought close to the scene in the trunk of a car, as the suspect, either right or left handed spends considerable time trying to breech the door. Once inside, the perp who was possibly drunk or under the influence, stages a break in, while waiting on the victim. (ACTIONS CONFIRMED BY VIDEO, AND STAGED BREAK IN PLAUSABLE). Perp, was either fat, or skinny with padding. Suspect commits the act, using a pick hammer, a gun, and a screwdriver to remove the bullet, or dart. There was possibly a struggle (plausable). The suspect either, washes up in an undisclosed location within the church, or leaves in swatgear, most likley walking, riding a dirtbike, vespa, or having been picked up by one of possibly up to several accomplices. Suspect , possibly LE or reserve LE, may have cleaned up, and doubled back to work the scene. Possibly barried or burned the gear before returning, or it could be hidden somewhere. LE knows more than they are telling us. Much More. The family Knows who did it, and are either protecting them, or begging them to come forward on their own, so they dont have to turn them in. Apparently, the suspect is known by LE, and has lawered up, thus LE has not been able to bring them in, and they may also be tied to dirty cops within the department who were stealing guns from lock up, and that is probably where the gun came from. One of the suspects is now out and about vacationing as if nothing ever happened. WOW!

Not going to bold your statements but not sure what you're referring to as people's POV are going overboard. One itty bitty thought may put a piece of the puzzle together, idk. I'm not a lawyer, LE, or working with CG.

Personally I think there are many good theories brought out to try to determine the possibilities of MB case. The POV are a given right on WS as long as we all abide by TOS.

I just read a lot of my thoughts in your post, unless you think those are false, so not sure what you're referring to as a "Pink Panther Movie". The only thing that floored me was by posters stating "make stuff up & terrorist" hence they were removed.

I'm not by any means being rude to you I just feel differently on some of your statements. Agree to disagree, right

Yes. LE stated they believed it to be suspects car, but did not feel comfortable making a guess on the make and model as the image was not decernable from the distance it was captured.
I've always found this to be unusual (as well). If you get enough of a shot to see it's a car, you generally will be able to decipher SOMETHING about it, if only color. While a non-car person might not be able to identify the subtleties of different makes and models, a car guy (someone who has worked in the industry, et al) can often "name that car" on a limited look. Strange.

Does anyone know how often the fire department inspects the church?
We're one county over, but they are almost always annual. And pretty intense (check all fire alarms, extinguishers, cords, blockages, etc)
