For some reason it's become a "fact" that the workout was being moved inside. I thought the only info we had was that it was going to be under the awning. Can anyone clarify?

The police stated it had been moved inside in I believe the second presser. If someone has not already answered this. Sorry playing catch up.

See I am thinking the perp is wearing shorts over those pants. I see a distinctive cut off area in that material at the knee area. I see it as he/she is walking in the video not just in that pic you posted.View attachment 93586

I noticed that too but after watching it more times than I care to admit- it looks like he may be wearing knee pads. The knee pads would certainly alter the appearance of your gait. I agree that it's easier to visualize while this perp is walking than in still photos.

YES! This is what I saw too! Thanks for posting! I thought maybe I had imagined it. So many different clips and angles. Why does it only show up like this in this footage? Maybe two people dressed similar?

I have always understood class was to be held "under the awning." I do not recall any official source stating it would be held inside. MB must have had some reason to go inside, weather it was for restrooms, other equipment, etc. Or, she was coaxed or forced inside by the perp.

I had heard that Creekside had their regular church service on that Wednesday. My hubs thought that it probably wasn't in the sanctuary because of that. What do you think of that theory? I have been thinking it was in the sanctuary as well....

No, according to the church's facebook posting for the Wednesday after the murder, all "regular" activities were cancelled except for a prayer service, which I presume was held in the auditorium. Normally they serve dinner on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 and then have classes after that at 6:45.

WFAA just had a short report about Missy's murder. It said that police still do not have a viable suspect despite 100's of leads and that there is still a federal task force working the case in Midlothian....

I just heard on live TV (WFAA) that MPD are no closer to identifying a suspect.

Sad to hear but at least it's an update. I really hope we all hear something more soon.

Ok so say they were knee pads instead of shorts... What was the purpose of wearing them? To make their legs appear bigger? For defense in case they were kicked? Why can't we see that outline in the other pics and footage? Did he/she take them off at some point?

I definitely heard that wrong then. I do remember hearing about the prayer service but didn't realize that took place on that same Wednesday night. Maybe that's what the person I heard that from actually meant and I totally misunderstood! Thank you for the info!!

I agree, I said back on some other post (maybe last thread) that I thought he/she was wearing either knee pads or shorts. In one of the video shots I can see something on the back of the leg but wasn't sure if that was just a reflection of the material and the lighting as he/she walked. No doubt something is "off" in the knee area of those pants. JMO.

I thinking in the Sanctuary/Auditorium.. She took that group photo in front of HOLY GROUNDS which is near the doors she entered in. I dont think she went back out either, I was just pointing out that PUBLIC does not have that info. Honestly we have little on her movements. But per the Captain... he said he had not seen the video? or alluded to that. He gave some info about MB only because of answering the reporters questions. He said the are in vicinity were found did not pick up her movements and did not activate and video. So unsure where that camera was located. I keep flip flopping on where I think she was, more I read and look at stuff lol sorry. JMHO

I don't think a church would allow a fitness workout inside the hall where they have their religous services, seems to me that's a bit too casual. I think they would have done their class in the main lobby and under the covered front entrance.

I think maybe campers waited under that covered front entry way, the door would have been unlocked by her from inside. Then when she didn't show they went in around the side where they'd found her car.

This case is obviously so puzzling. I thinks it's all a part of the "costume" to alter his appearance- knee pads could make his gait appear different and look more bulky. In some pictures the legs appear thin despite a more "Apple shaped" abdomen. The helmet appears to have a head lamp- more visible when he steps into that alcove. I'm glad the Texas Rangers are on this case!

That's exactly what the Dallas news media would do, too----run a teaser that there might be new developments in the case, and then when it comes time for the story they report that there are no new developments. Sigh.
