When opening doors with the door handles facing left, the perp does not hesitate, as if they already know which way to best open the door - ie with left hand.
Most people, imo. (if right-handed) would at first reach with the right, then quickly switch to the left hand for ease- unless they were very familiar with the doors, in which case, they would remember to open said door, with the left hand, imo, speculation.

I think the perp is someone who is used to using both hands and has experience - either with hobbies or job - of using whatever hand best fits the task. People experienced with tools might be good at switching, for example. Sometimes you are at an angle or in a space where one hand is more efficient than the other, even if it's not the dominate hand. I think the perp is someone with that type of experience and habit, not necessarily a left-handed person.

Male or Female: Wouldn't a female chose an easier, sure-fire method, like a gun. Beating someone to death is way too risky, especially if you are on a short time limit. The victim might fight back, overtake you, etc. I'm thinking male.

Unless perp had stun gun and dropped her then beat her That's been strong in my mind since this happened. One way to be sure there wasn't a fight involved, stun gun or gun

Something I noticed on Missy's FB page: whenever you visit a page the first few pics you see on there are of the people your friend corresponds with the most. Missy has almost 2000 friends and I noticed one young single good looking fit guy pop up next to her two daughters (which are understandable) when this first happened, he popped up almost as the first person, which means either she was corresponding with him a lot or he with her. Coincidentally he is a shorter male, around 5'8. Then I noticed more recently he's dropped back in favor on her pics graph to where his face in off the main page completely. He's still a friend of hers on FB though.

Whenever I go to someone's page, it's just random friends, often all different every time.

I at first thought that, too, but if you look closer at around :43, after the lame attempt to open the door, the overhead light dances across the helmet as he lifts his head. It seems to move from the visor area to the top of his head. This is why I have been convinced there is no helmet lamp; that we are just seeing the strong light reflected on the shiny surface.

There was a theory or two of someone being involved with (friends, sports or boyfriend) her daughter and maybe it was someone she didn't approve of or someone that was no longer a friend or someone that was beaten out by her daughter in a sport aka the "crazy cheerleader mom" type thing. It was just speculation. Another poster thought maybe it was the child of someone who MB was or was perceived to be having an affair with and they wanted to keep their parents together thus eliminating her. The conclusion was drawn from the police speaking gentle to the perp "talk to someone" (IMO) and possibly the "video game" appeal of it all. These were just ideas thrown around, nothing concrete obviously.

Regarding cameras. There was a case in OK with the Bever brothers (yes, almost same last name as MB ) They killed their parents and all but two of their siblings (one called 911 and that was the only reason the other two survived). But, I do remember reading that they had cameras set up throughout their house to record the murders. They planned to "publish" them later so they would be famous. I'm thinking the same thing with this perp. He/she knew the cameras were there, and that they couldn't be identified and relished the thought they would be recorded and we would all see it.

I thought for sure by now LE would be able to piece together who did this and get them The longer it goes, the scarier it gets. This perp was so twisted in so many ways. I can see them sitting back reading comments and just smirking at what they think they are getting away with. I'm 50/50 on man or woman but I lean towards a woman. If a man, I'm really leaning towards younger (but not under 18) only because I have the thoughts of the Bever brothers case in my head. It's similar to this but they were teenagers and what they thought was the "perfect" murder didn't turn out to be.

And on a woman doing this, nothing like a woman scorned to make her research and detail out everything and want to make the person "pay". Would I know half of the things he/she did in the video, nope, wouldn't have a clue. But if someone has been around LE their entire life and has some knowledge, YouTube is an amazing thing and you can learn quite a bit. That's the only reason I'm NOT leaning towards teenager. I think they could have planned it but there would be some flaws because they are young and inexperienced. This person tells me some experience has been had.

Ugh. Come on LE, you can do this!! Or, if you truly are clueless, give us some more details to help.

The scriptures he is posting seem to me to be directed at people who suspect him. HE is going through trying times, needs strength to endure what HE is going through, needs to be reminded that HIS difficult times will end. He's telling other people not to give into temptations of mob-mentality to falsely accuse him, and instead to insist on the truth.

I don't think the scripture are aimed at the killer or his wife, but at the public to leave him alone and at himself to give him strength to endure the public scrutiny.

I go either way with my reactions - it could be a man in pure pain at the sudden loss of his wife/mother of his children to a violent death. People grieve differently, and finding comfort and strength in scripture is not uncommon. Or, the FB postings could be a show.

As with almost everything on this case, I'm on the fence. I'm getting slinters in tender places from sliding from one side of the fence to the other.

Hoping for a break in the case soon.

MB life was an open book. She had no password on her cellphone and/or IPad. I believe it was LE who stated that's when they said they were "combing" through her social media for clues. She also, apparently, had given BB the password to her FB account. We know that because things have been deleted from it since the first day we looked at it. I still get the feeling that BB was insecure with her new body and power. I found it interesting that the pic used for her OBIT was one of her before her body was slimmer and more defined. No these things do not make him guilty of her murder, but it appears that marriage was not in a good place.

Here's a woman who took what she had and made it better and helped others to do the same. She worked like a dog and ended up dead. This woman deserves JUSTICE!

After a few days of following along here and letting everything soak in, I'm heavily leaning toward BB is not involved nor any of his family. For those kids sake, I really hope this is the case. I think BB's shock and confusion (which is what I believe we were seeing in front of the media for the first week) is starting to wear off and now it's slowly turning into anger toward the suspect(s). Seems like the natural process of grieving. I really think he loved his wife, but his health combined with her busy schedule caused them to maybe grow apart. Happens in many, many marriages. But I think they truly loved and respected each other. They were both dealing with it the best they could, especially for the good of the kids. I don't sense any animosity between the two them, but just maybe apathy. If there was some infidelity on his or her part, I think it was the other party (or parties) involved that was set out for revenge. Not BB or MB. If it's not that, I think it's most likely some type of financial jealousy or business association gone really bad. Now my suspicion meter is starting to inch toward two perps being involved, a male/female team. And I think they may have been working together that night. This is all just purely my opinion. Before I found this site, I was trying to follow along on local news sites and it became unbearable. I'm so impressed how mature, respectful, and well thought out the commentary is here. Keep up the awesome work everyone! I think LE has this one and hopefully this community can return to normal very, very soon.

Per confirmed weather reports posted on Thread 5 (maybe??) it was thundering and storming during this time. Still would be a little bit of luck involved but I assume most murders involve luck b/c there is always a chance of being seen or heard by someone before getting away. IMO
