Does someone have the original still photo? There's something about the stance that is odd. And in this pic it looks like something is strapped to the helmet but when the perp goes through the door and starts hammering glass or drywall there doesn't appear to be anything on the helmet.

It was pulled from the video. You really can't pay much attention to anything other than the face. I only worked on that area.

Why was perp hammering the drywall? My theory is he was disabling all the cameras maybe by getting to the power source before he commits the murder? Would that be installed in the wall? I have no idea just trying to figure out why is is attacking the wall... Anybody got theories on this?

He wasn't hammering drywall. He was breaking glass out of the narrow vertical window in the door in front of him.

That's an old quotation. The article you link has been updated recently, but that doesn't mean that all of the content is new. The statement regarding her husband is over a week old.

I thought the one article that said they had confirmed the story was from the 20th, making it even older than this one. To my knowledge, the last statement from police and BB is that he has not been cleared. Is there something newer that I have missed?

I don't think any one claimed to use "enhanced facial recognition". It was only a matter changing the photo to black and white, and as you said playing around. Which has been stated when first posted, if I can do it, and it may not be perfect, then LE can. So, IMO, they've done it and they IMO have a good idea what the perp looks like.

I heard about the new technology that federal LE has, concerning video and blurry pic enhancements. Apparently it is startling, and it can produce a crystal clear image. Given this, I think the killer is in no way connected to Missy, and LE has no idea who he is. Or, he is not part of the mainstream community of Midlothian, and has kept a low profile within his neighborhood. jmo

I think they know what the suspect looks like but don't know who it is. Another reason they think it's a murder for hire. JMO

The gear the killer is wearing strongly resembles "tactical police" airsoft/paintball gear. Sold cheap through various websites including Amazon.

One thing I am glad perp DIDNT do was blow up the propane tank(ala Columbine plan) causing a huge fire and contaminating crime scene. I am wondering if perp did use a screwdriver? And holes looked like bullet entries? If that is wht ATF dog brought in-to rule out gun use? Finally, if perp did have a key, they would then want to fake a burglary to hide that fact. JMHO

Hi Ark- I am technically impaired so please forgive me.

If you'll notice on the video of the perp opening the dutch doors, he leaves them open and he heads toward the back of the church with his hand along the wall to his/her right.

The film jumps a bit and we see the perp returning up the same hallway toward the front of the church and the dutch doors. I can't tell but he/she appears to have something new in his her right hand. (the unidentified mystery box)?? He/she enters right into the alcove to the auditorium and starts hammering. So......

Where did the perp go after heading toward the back after fiddling with the Dutch doors? Was there a room on the SE corner where he retrieved this "thing" or did he go all the way around the back, and up the other hallway, pick this thing up and returns the way he came (back up the dutch door hallway).

Do you or anyone else see this?

Thats something I cant figure out. Its at the 139 and at 140 video jumps to Suspect coming back. REMEMBER.... that could be a splice of another time, or (it look like Suspect went into that room. So it could have stopped filming until came back out. We have no way of knowing the time line of these photos other than the one where tries to open that door in main hall at 358.

And I have no idea where that room 12 or if that even says 12. I found photos where the 1 exit from the Sanctuary/Auditorium and got all excited by the door opens wrong way. LOL my dogs even looked at me funny pretending to open a door I dont know where your talking about starting hammering at the auditorium though

I really believe that he's using goggles, when he's not using them he pushes them up on the helmet. Pulled them down while busting drywall ( can't risk getting drywall in your eyes and screw up your murder plan), right? In the still photo showing eyes, the goggles are up. You can buy goggles with lights attached; this could explain why goggles are so wide and bulky-looking.
