So if someone were in Lancaster, CA on Sunday night at 9:05pm I would assume they would have to fly to Midlothian to make to the church by 3:50am to be the perp. Unless someone was posting on their facebook for them BUT what if this person has no posts from Sunday night until Tuesday night and they usually post every few hours and certainly every day. That is weird- IMO

Great sleuthing but, if the last post was Sunday night at 9:50pm Pacific time and the murder was known to BB shortly after 5:00am Central time, which is 3:00am Pacific time and as BB likely called his father shortly after he found out (sometime after 3:00am CA time) and then they, VB and RB, grief stricken, made arrangements to get back to TX and spent Monday and Tuesday getting to Midlothian, then I don't think the absence of fb posts means much.

Who is going to post 'my daughter-in-law was murdered this morning and we are headed back as fast as we can get there"? No one.

Jus' saying.

I tried to capture a photo of the face when the killer is walking away from the door that he/she was trying to pry or whatever. It's not real clear but maybe someone else can work with it. facecopy.jpg

I thought hit from the get go. The part i don't understand is why they would attack from the front and not just a surprise hit from behind.

How do you know they didn't hit her in the back of the head with the hammer, ONE TIME, knocking her out...and then finished with the murder?

The top of this page is saying BB has not been cleared yet. However, a few pages over, I thought an article said he had been cleared.

in this length of time, it seems the logistics of verifying all the points connected to this fishing trip would have been matched up with no pieces missing. This does raise the hair on my neck as to what is wrong?? In almost two weeks, BB ought to have been cleared.

Until the perp is apprehended, IMO the LE will not clear anyone.

Oh gosh I wasn't talking about RB. Sorry for the confusion. The day peeps got sidetracked today on a MB FB video post like. Sorry for the confusion. See my cliff notes admitting fault.

You remember the Sievers case? Husband had a verifiable alibi too.
I'm not accusing him of anything, however verifying an alibi is only a piece of a puzzle to clear a spouse in this kind of case. And he's not been cleared. And the silence of Missys family speaks volumes to me in MOO. Having a family member of hers standing behind him during one of his "press briefings" would be showing solidarity. What does their absence show? Possibly nothing right?
I don't know where I stand. I don't know how I feel. I just know the law of averages. Jmo. Moo. Imoo. Etc etc.

Has it occurred to anyone else that the reason this investigation is taking longer than some of us might have expected is because they are investigating a 3-way conspiracy?

Namely, an out of town murderer, his/her getaway driver and the person who hired them.

Ya know... I was thinking and wondering about the "puncture wounds" maybe being glass too? I thought about those big glass doors in the entrance. like Suspect was hitting her and she fell through them or something. Chief said there was glass on the floor and a female. . would be in the right vicinity .. thinking out loud

Exactly. We don't know the details of Missy's injuries yet. Front, back, or side. We don't know.

I'm beginning to think they are camped out at the police station! lol! He said he didn't call, but just came down. I don't find that unusual at all. I have followed another case where family members will just drop in at the police station for updates on their deceased loved ones case. I wouldn't doubt that he may be personal friends with some of the officers?

I wouldn't be surprised if LE tips reporters that he has called them up to say, "Hey I’m coming up here, I’ve got this on my mind?” The more he talks the more they can analyze his statements.

In his interview today, BB said he was corroborating things for PD. Obviously not what was in the warrant. He said he had no knowledge of those details.

Im curious.

The police are going to visit with him as often as possible. Build rapport. You never know when he might need to unload some pent-up information. Lt. Columbo was really good with this style of interrogation. "Just one more question...."

Not saying that BB is guilty or involved, just sayin' that the PD is going to keep their lines of communication open just in case.

I hope to God BB is not involved.

Wow, this is different from other pics I've seen captured. This one shows a very full, male face.

Verifying where someone is, is one thing. But until the investigators know the who/what/why (they know the where/when she died) they can't say he is no longer a suspect. Just example, not accusing because I dont know ... but the whole had some one do it like has happened. Those Investigators have a lot to look thru. Thankfully they know more than we do and will take as long time as needed to get it right. JMHO

Who amongst us wouldn't give a lot to know the nature of crimes in that county for the previous month? But I suppose it is none of our business.

One of the cases I've been most emotionally involved with was Alanna Gallagher's murder. I believe it was less than a month from the child's death to the arrest, but it felt like FOREVER.

In the meantime two things were happening:

--Community and WS were on totally the wrong track

--LE was very tight lipped, said nothing was ruled out, but also said no immediate threat to community. Behind the scenes, they had the killer in their sights very early on and were slowly collecting and verifying evidence.

Not saying either outcome will be analogous. Just reminds me of that case in terms of utter weirdness.

Well Kermit, you have my attention. It should be public record, correct? Is there a fee to obtain?

In addition, IMO, they are possibly having to build up a purely circumstantial case if there was no DNA left at the scene.
Anxious to find out what other video/connections they are analyzing... But patience has never been a virtue of mine.

And can I say those cameras are horrible!? Ugh
