The Van Zandt County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing adult. Todd Moses disappeared on or about September 16, 2021 from the Grand Saline area. His vehicle was recovered however his whereabouts are still unknown. Todd is 50 years old, 5'6", 150 pounds, medium build. Todd has "Rebel" tattooed on the left side of his neck and a lightning bolt in a cloud tattooed on his left hand. If you have any information, please contact the VZSO at 903-567-4133.

He was located near where his vehicle was found near county road 1903. Thanks goes to Mr. Moses family, the public and the citizens for their tips and concern. We also want to thank Texas DPS Aircraft Operations for assisting. Also thanks to 1st Priority Search & Recovery for their help on Saturday locating Mr. Moses.
