Missing Arlington man may be riding motorized scooter in Dallas

Arlington police are asking for the public's help finding a 69-year-old man who may be on a motorized scooter in Dallas.

William Ray Lux reportedly left his home in the 1800 block of Daytona Drive about 9 a.m. Saturday in a truck. When he didn't return, his caretaker became concerned and called police about 1 p.m. Sunday.
Police found the pickup in East Oak Cliff at the VA North Texas Health Care System in the 4500 block of South Lancaster Road, but didn't find Lux.
He is thought to be riding a red motorized scooter with a small American flag on the back, police said.
Lux is described as a 5-11 man who weighs about 320 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown T-shirt and blue shorts. He takes medication daily.

Anyone with information on Lux's whereabouts is asked to call 911.

Ugh, his family must be worried sick. He sounds like quite a distinguishable man, so hopefully he'll be found very quickly.
