That part about CE not seeing ZuZu in a year jumped out at me too.

Regarding jealousy, I believe an insider on the last thread indicated that there was a problem at the movie concerning a guy ZuZu was not quite dating yet. She left with someone (not sure it was RF) and went to a different movie. I'll try to locate the post, but have at it if you can remember it.

Monday night was with friends from school, Zuzu and RF left early. CE was not there.

Hi everyone! In regards to the silence and then, later on the sound of the bed moving, I wonder if, in a moment of rage, he choked her unconcious or to the point of death and then after a while he went back to "see" if she was really dead by trying to wake her up by shaking her again.

This is the scenario that keeps sticking with me, also.

I was one of those who commented about her car being clean and pointed out the dent. I believe the local who said it was already there but like you, I'm still interested how it got there. It's in an unusual place and it was done with force based on the depth. I had a dent in my Miata due to backing in to a tree (blind spot) and it wasn't as deep as that. The Miata is made out of steel and where that dent is located is strong due to the curvature of the metal.

The question that comes to my mind is what did RF do or say in the previous weeks that would cause Zuzu to tell her high school friend/sweetheart she wanted to move and she felt unsafe? Some thing happened for sure but what? It's a question that may never be answered unless some things are being held back.

There are a lot of dumpsters and utility poles in tight alleyways and blind corners in Alpine. Along with a lot of awkward parking lots and big pickup trucks that could easily back into a tiny car like that. The dent may have also happened before she moved here.

It is not confirmed, but rumored that her tires were slashed a few weeks before she went missing. That would be a reason to tell a friend you feel unsafe.

That is one possible scenario I thought of as well. Another possibility that ran through my mind is the bed was shaking because he was stuffing her into something--A suitcase or a bag that he could carry out without his neighbors seeing. Once he concealed her he had to clean really well--that explains the pacing after the bed shakes. He gets a shower for himself after all the evidence is bagged up/cleaned up, calls CE after the shower, then the thump on the stairs is him carrying her out. It's both chilling and sickening to think about.

Robert Fabian is a named suspect of law enforcement and his name appears in their statements and in the MSM as such. He may be sleuthed and his full name may be used.

Prior to being named by LE and by MSM as a suspect he was a POI and use of his initials was recommended when speculating about his involvement. That is no longer the case.

POI refers to someone police are looking at or are interested in speaking to
Suspect is much clearer, meaning not only are they looking at him they suspect him of involvement

11 PM - Things go quiet

11 PM neighbors hear STFU

1 AM (approx) - CE is nervous at friends house

2 AM - Neighbours hear the bed shake

2-3 AM - Neighbours hear RF pacing

3-15 AM - RF makes 2 phone calls to CE

3-4 AM - RF 'claims' to have last seen Zuzu at his apt. Witnesses say her car was still there

4 AM - Neighbours hear a thump on the stairs. One goes to look and sees RF leaving

October 12th. Unknown times

RF goes to his sisters house in the middle of the night/early hours, to borrow the F-150 truck

CE picked RF up from the same address (as above, sisters house) and drove him home to Harrison.

The only weird thing about this scenario is that one would think if the neighbor heard the stair thump then looked out, they would see RF carrying her out in whatever she was in and not just see RF leaving. I wouldn't think he would move very fast carrying her body. So awful.

She is 5 feet tall and 110 pounds. I don't know his height but he worked out at a gym and "liked" a bunch of weight lifting groups on fb.
IMO, he could move her easily and the neighbor may have only seen him getting into his car after he put her in the back seat/trunk area.

ETA: I believe the stair area he was on is inside and may not be a shared entrance, so the neighbor may not have seen him on the stairs.

Trying to scrub blood stains out of a mattress would make the bed shake too.. A mattress being taken down stairs could cause a thump too. And I think would fit in the back of a Ford F-150. Just putting that out there.

I stand corrected. It is not clear from this interview when the STFU occurred but this makes it sound like it happened after some short time of quiet:

“You could hear him moving their stuff around, playing music, and then she (Zuzu) shows up,” said John Franco, who lives in the apartment below Robert. “They make dinner like at 9 p.m. or 10 p.m., you could smell their food, and you can hear their conversation and then laugh a little bit. Then, it got quiet like after 11 p.m."


That silence didn't last long.

"We just heard one, like you know, shut the ‘F’ up and that was it," Franco said.

At around two that Wednesday morning, Franco heard Robert’s bed shake multiple times.

"We can hear him pacing back and forth, like all over the house,” Franco said. “Maybe around 3 o'clock in the morning, we hear him jump in the shower."

Then, one hour later Franco's girlfriend hears a loud thump and quickly wakes him up.

"She wanted me to go check, so I went to go check, and it was just Robert,” Franco said. “Robert was leaving, but his girlfriend's car was still parked out there."

Neither Franco nor his girlfriend saw Zuzu leave and say her car was gone by Friday -- the day police began their investigation into her disappearance.
