The parents of missing 21-year-old University of Bath student Alec Unsgaard have released a statement and issued new photos as the search for him continues.

Alec has been missing since Friday 18 September. He was last seen at the university campus at 6.10pm

Alec is described as white, of slim build, around 5ft 6ins, with short blond curly hair. He also has a tattoo on his left tricep, just above his elbow, of a picture frame containing a tree-lined alleyway.

Alec is from Sweden and had been quarantining at the university prior to going missing

Alec goes missing about 6pm Friday, and Martin Bowers goes missing also from Bath university midday the following day. Police do say both cases are not related and they do not know each other.
