Its a possibility that cannot be ruled outRegarding the palm print on stair but no other prints anywhere within flat. Could maybe alesha have woken and he actually met her on the stairs and panicked

Defences claim can be rebutted if TM has alibi with partnerWe already know what the defense's explanation is for that.
This is my thought. That he went there to get drugs and when he arrived found her, either downstairs (on the main floor of the flat rather than up in her bedroom) or perhaps even in the stairwell. I've not seen the property specifically but i've lived in a cottage flat and the door to the property is at the bottom of the stairs. There was no door at the top in mine, it was the bottom door, stairs up into an open hallway with all other rooms leading off. The rail for a stair lift is usually against the skirting, a mere 8-10 inches from the treads, palm prints on it would indicate he was crawling up the stairs (quietly?). It makes no sense to me that they'd have a stairlift fitted to a bit of property effectively "outside" their home. I think he probably let himself in, crept up the stairs, found Alesha and decided on the spur of the moment to take her.
How does the CCTV of him first leaving tie up with the phonecalls to TM and Alesha's dad? Could he have been trying to call them to say he had Alesha already? Her clean feet would suggest she didn't leave the actual building herself, but she could easily have been on the stairs or at the top of them, she was known to sleepwalk. Perhaps he initially took her as a bargaining chip for drugs, but when he got no reply changed his mind?
I would guess he threw them away with the joggers and boxers but maybe he got lucky and they were never recovered.I'm wondering...
Why
No
Mention
Of
His
Footwear???
where are the trainers/ footwear he was wearing that night?
They would have possibly been a hotbed of forensics!
According to forensics the Nike hoodies fibers were easily transferable which is why it is baffling why there is no trace on Alesha's clothesAnyone else shocked at the prosecution and police work. My kids could find out more on the phone than their experts The Nike zipper could be that fibre that doesn't easily transfer too. I believe be him to be 100% guilty but I often wonder wtf when police present evidence your phone is basically a tracking device. I'm gobsmacked re no tracking info Also if he hadn't done anything why would he look up DNA evidence. If I wasn't there I wouldn't be worrying about it

Could have been but would still have laft fibers if being worn at time of assault. Was thinking this last night Truthseeker777 maybe mum washed the top and the trainers that were left at his backside
Not sure but no mention of it in forensicsWhen he first went out he was wearing a hoody but returned without it, what was he wearing under the hoody? Was that the black zip top?
Maybe he did take it off before abduction. According to Police it was found 1/2 a mile outside search parameter which was one of the reasons it was put in a skip plus he didn't think there was any items outstanding. Not sure of where it was found other than in a rockpool on beach in relation to Aleshas house or where body was

Yeah they haven’t mentioned his shoes but he has said he was in other woods that night so I’m assuming that was to try and deflect any evidence from shoes as I’m sure the woods have the same type tress and lots of people walk there PreemptiveI'm wondering...

Suppose Will see if it comes up in courtIt seems like a fairly strong alibi but the defence may refute that by saying if the prosecution think it's believable that a drunk 16 year old can enter a house with 4 sleeping adults and abduct a child without waking them, then it's also possible that someone can leave a room without waking their partner. Not saying I agree though.
Quite a lot of circumstantial evidence has been produced but for me the most difficult for the defence to explain away would be his mother agreeing the boxers on the beach looked like her son’s...she probably would have washed them plenty of times for him even if she hadn’t bought them for him...I really can’t see the defence being able explain this away. This really is a tragic case, I, like others, am beginning to believe his own mother knows it was her own son that committed this terrible crime...
Around 15 teens had attended the party, which finished before 12.30am, the witness told the court.
He said the accused was wearing a tie-dye t-shirt, 'Hype' jogging bottoms, and that he put on a black Nike zip-up hoodie after saying he was going out to buy drugs.
When shown a picture of the black Nike hoodie found in a rock pool by a dogwalker, the witness agreed it looked similar.
The witness said he had seen the video showing the accused in a bathroom, where he said 'I know where the murderer's been hiding'.
The friend said: 'At the time I thought it was just a joke, he had a dark sense of humour.'
He recalled that when the youth was first arrested, 'a lot of people jumped on the bandwagon'.
But he told the court he believed the arrest was just an unlucky 'coincidence' of him 'being out buying weed at a dodgy time'.
