Yeah
I know it’s an utter joke
I actually thought I wasn't understanding something as its so stupid.

I remember the word fabrication was in the question, from the last thread but can"t remember exact wording
What gets me is his lawyer must have presented him with this action to take, a 16 year old isn’t going to know what a special defence is let alone know that he could use this in his defence. Half of us on Websleuths never knew what it was, it’s only Scottish law aswell I think not in English law. It’s bloody Irish IMO...
I do wonder if he’s receiving legal aid. I know if you earn under £15k p.a. you’re immediately entitled to it but not sure when you are still in education or if it goes by your parents earnings. Makes no odds just wondering.
the second time when the search was going on and someone was picked up by the police helicopter in the woods near to where Alesha was later found.
Have you got a link to this? I must have missed it.
He absolutely will
He’s a minor and on trial for murder
I think she was posed, for maximum shock impact. JMOI gave an opinion about her body's being posed from descriptions I read of her being out in the open, face down and naked. I just imagined it being horrible to come across with no attempt to hide the body. Her body had the most incriminating evidence. So why didn't he make more of an effort to hide it? All this is JMO
End of the day, as I stated on the previous thread. This wee lass was 'violated' which (unless the forensics think it wasn't a male) shows Toni cannot be directly involved in some of these acts.

Hi they said it could be penil, digital or implement as they cannot tell how the injuries happened
I believe this will be relevant if he is found guilty and named.I wonder if any previous history will be made public if he is found guilty? Someone mentioned Bailey Gwynne's murder yesterday and I looked it up. Not to go OT, but the relevant fact is BG's murderer's previous history was made public. Not that we know whether the accused has any history or not, but his comment to a friend about the police always blaming him was interesting.
V good point. Some hidden message perhaps, or just a secret of his ownVery possible. If that is the case it means he wasn't planning on going back to move the body again. So I wonder if the spot where she was dumped has some significance to him or anyone involved.
She was 6. We don't need to go into detail to say almost anything could cause an injuryDo the the significant damage I did wonder if an object was used.

I have to be honest, I wondered if that was the reason for the knife. Was v relieved to be wrong.Due to the significant damage I did wonder if an object was used.
