I think so.

I got up to the part where Lord Matthews read an ensemble of conversations AC supposedly had with social workers and psychologists. Otherwise, i think Lord Matthews pointed out that AC had remained tight lipped about the whole thing to him and to the police.

Please provide the link of AC admitting his guilt before Lord Matthews, cheers.

Can you answer me, please?

Who do you think set Aaron up? I'm curious. Because he did admit the crime to the psychologist and social worker and said he was "quite satisfied" with the murder. Why do you think he would make something so brutal like that up? Do you think he was coerced?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to respond xo.

I think you know fine well that he admitted his guilt through his lawyers which was in turn presented to Lord Matthews - in ACs words he was quite ‘satisfied with the murder’.

I understand that A.C. giving Alesha the hoodie does not add up to the forensic evidence and I find the part about entering the flat with the knife and then leaving to dump the knife and going back in again quite ridiculous to be honest but I don’t think Alesha’s mum is lying about him smiling at them

“Supposedly had” lol you don’t think Aaron would have screamed out if what lord Matthews was saying was utter lies? He remained impassive in the dock not muttering a word while the judge streamed live to the world that he’d confessed to raping and murdering a child ??

She isn't, I saw it with my own eyes.

Yes, you and plenty of others including mainstream reporters

I know, that's what I'm saying. A lot of people did, like you said even reporters picked up on it and wrote about it, it definitely tells you something about him. It's disturbing.

As somebody pointed out (I think it was gitana), the fibres don't always transfer as they depend on how it was sewn, strength of the material etc. I'd go through the ridiculous amount of evidence but that doesn't seem convincing enough for some.

So @Starfishcherub as a law graduate do you think there's been a possible miscarriage of justice? Do you think Aaron might not actually be responsible and there's more to it, or do you think the right person was convicted?

Lets put all the conspiracy to bed, As much as its hard for anyone to want to believe, aaron campbell did commit this horrific crime, there is no prospect or fact of him being innocent in anyway, its time to let Elesha rest in peace, and let him rot in jail because the best part of his life if not all of it are going to be spent in jail

The forensic scientist with 22 years experience and specializing in fibres and clothes said she would expect to have found fibres on Alesha’s clothing from the hoodie and that there was “zero” connection with Alesha’s clothes. My point is, A.C. was lying again when he said he gave Alesha the hoodie in my humble opinion...and I believe he was lying again with that ridiculous story about the knife. The kid is a compulsive liar!

Hi, didn't join just to discuss the club. Am I not allowed to ask a question?
You're welcome to ask what you like, however if you ask a question you have to expect somebody may have a query about it. I just found it unusual for you to join and ask that question and wondered why. I still don't feel you've answered that. Sorry if that offends you.

I mean I don't think you're totally wrong but are you saying you think he was lying when he admitted the rape and murder to the psychologist?

Couldn’t agree more. There is no conspiracy. I find it quite insulting to Aleshas memory that these ridiculous, unsubstantiated theories are getting airtime. AC and him alone was responsible, the evidence is water tight. It’s time to put it to bed.

What do you mean by “totally wrong”?
Wrong about what?

My logical legal side is in conflict with my intuitive side.

He seems to enjoy causing hurt and pain. He did confess but the lack of hoodie fibres has confused people. Perhaps he lied about giving Alesha the hoodie to keep her warm as it’s quite an emotive subject that the child thought she was being looked after, something most people would find heartbreaking when thinking about her last moments. Who knows? From what we’ve heard, he intersperses truth with lies. Only he truly knows what happened that night but I have no doubt of his guilt after the sentencing.
