Hopefully it won't be a long drawn out affair. Any idea how long it could take?

It'll take place on August 7th but I don't think the decision if he is successful or not will be made on the day, probably a month or so later. I could be wrong though.

I feel sorry for his mum, she doesn't deserve to have to worry about her and her daughters safety in that house. I'm surprised it happened now after so long...

Thanks Bootlace, missed you too. Never went away really just not much left to say. I think the appeal is nothing to write home about, probably just looking for a reduced sentence as (if i recall) was about as harsh as is allowed and they're probably basing it on being his first crime, the fact that he confessed (cough, splutter) and maybe based on other precedents set.

What do you think?

Her name has already been reported in MSM multiple times though and her photograph has been posted as well?

So you still think he's innocent? I have no idea what he's hoping to achieve other than more fame and notoriety.

No it’s been moved to Russell street for anti social behaviour and they only have the one camera
