I've heard that there was an earlier incident but nothing has been confirmed or spoken about. Any idea if this was true or just rumours

Alesha 'was raped before she was murdered'

Alesha was raped before she was murdered, Glasgow High Court has heard.

Pathologist Dr Williams said Alesha was alive for part of the time while being sexually assaulted.

He added that it was possible some of her injuries could have been inflicted after her death.

During the testimony, the prosecution had to pause to ask a juror if they were OK.

Members of the gallery were upset and some had their head in their hands.

I think it's outrageous he's being treated and tried as a juvenile and his name is hidden from the public. He's not 8 yo. He's 16 yo and he's clearly one sick psycho.

Mother was aware her 16 year old son used cannabis and she became aware of the dealer at the age of 14. She knew he was using drugs “now and again”. Mother was “not happy” about this.
