I dont see the dot to dot connection unless you think he was a psycho in waiting, as i asked before which psycho has ever killed a child to get back at someone they had an argument with, hated etc
I think that's a rather common motive for child murder. Revenge against adults. Medea, of Greek Mythology fame killed her own children to seek vengeance on their father, and that story is ancient. (meaning as horrific as it is, it's not novel) Kevin Huntley apparently called in two school girls and killed them becaused he'd gotten into a fight over the phone with a girlfriend. Shawn Morgan murdered 3 year old Breeann Rodriguez whod been playing on their street. He claimed to have found her climbing up his pool ladder. If Terri Horman ever faces charges in Kyron's death or disappearance, vengeance certainly seems to be a possible motive.
I've only read that his vehicle was made in Spain...don't know if that's true or not. Also reports that he lived in Spain at one time but I follow too many cases when I can so don't take my word for it if that's been vetted or not.
A vehicle made like ours are in the US, all little April had to do if he was going the south on the street ( I think, please correct me if I'm wrong) was to hop into what is the passenger side. The passenger side would be the closest empy seat next to the green if she ran up to him. He's might have been pretty calculating. jmo
No, the opposite is true, right? (unless I'm misunderstanding you) Ordinarily, the passenger side would be toward the curb, which is why US mail trucks traditionally have the steering wheel on the right hand opposite from most side of the vehicle, opposite from most. That way the mail carrier could lean out to put mail into boxes on posts lining the street. In either left or right hand drive circumstances. (Except not in my historic neighborhood. My mail box is on my porch, and our postal carrier walks from house to house and up the steps to the door. My house was built in 1919) so, if MB pulled up against the curb or sidewalk he himself in the driver's seat would be closest to any children playing in a yard or on the sidewalk. it is my understanding that having the driver sit closer to the middle of the road increases his angle of visibility.
Has anybody been able to work out what is on the passenger seat of MB's Discovery? The best photo is probably this one:

That appears to me to be a fitted tie-on camouflaged seat cover. There are many styles for bucket seats. I've seen them fit over a bucket seat like a tank top, in which case the seat's, "shoulders" would be visible through the "arm" holes. Or similarly, I've seen them tie on like an apron, again, exposing the "shoulders."
There also seem to be some green plastic sacks in the back ...
I am, of course, wondering if it could be forensic tests on what was found in the vehicle that led to the decision to bring a murder charge.
I'll admit MBs actions haven't made the most sense, and so applying logic may not be helpful, but, after going to some pains to hide her body, why would he leave obvious evidence in a vehicle he was taking to the garage for repair, where mechanics would see it? Even if he needed to be off in the head in order to commit this crime, he had to have sufficient wit to effectively hide her body, which, given that it's still missing after 12 days, he must have done.
It's interesting that one child denied going.
That's what caught my attention as well. I would imagine that the children on the estate knew MB to varying degrees. Some likely saw a familiar face, while others knew him well enough to go on fishing trips. Perhaps one of the children who knew him less well was denying hopping in the vehicle because they have been taught not to take rides with strangers, but succumbed to temptation while with other children who seemed to know him, yet ultimately resorted to a guilt induced fib to stay out of trouble.
